My name is Bryan and I bought my Jeep from Ideal Cars, LLC. My experience was mostly over the phone, as I live out of state. I worked with Joey to process the deal and he was 100% true to his word on all details of our transaction during my visit and test drive. I bought my Jeep from him. I am very pleased by my experience and I love my Jeep. If I am in the market in the future and I see the vehicle that I want at his dealership, I'd drive the 2+ hours again to give him my business.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. Excellent safety 5 star crash and rollover rating. Great reliability and solid construction. The paint finish is excellent. The overall quality is excellent. The A4 has a great backup camera and the car will stop if someone is behind the car. Great safety feature.

The Audi A4 is a very comfortable luxury sedan that accelerates quickly and rides smoothly on highways and backroads. It has very good design and technology features. It is an excellent choice, unless you also want a thrilling car to drive. It tends to smoothly glide on the highway rather than carving a turn and tenaciously sticking to the road. Overall it is a great car but if you want also a driver’s car try the Audi S4.

He described the car in great detail, took and emailed additional photos and offered additional assistance I might need prior to making the trip. The staff was professional, courteous and timely. The service time was about a 1 hour.

Service was amazing. My tire lost pressure so I drove immediately to Audi Exchange in Kirkwood. I did not have an appointment, but they replaced my tire within an hour. Waiting area is extremely comfortable.
