It was easy to book an appointment and I was assigned a service representative. When I got there I was told my service rep was not there that day, but Ibrahim introduced himself. He listened to what I wanted to have looked at. Ibrahim took may car and invited me to wait in the customer service area. He kept me up to date on my repair and indeed, it was done in the time he expected it to be. I will request him as my advisor if I have to have another repair done. I did not buy my Audi at this location, but when I'm ready to buy another, this is the dealership I will deal with.

The conversation was Direct and quick. The dealer understood my need. I got several proposal. We concluded on one. I negotiated my car back as well.

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . So happy I extended the lease on my previous A4 to wait for the new 2021 A4s to come in. Except car both inside and out. Meticulous attention to detail and the new standard features in the 2021 A4 are incredible.

The A4 is the right balance of luxury and sportiness for me. I ride in comfort, but when I touch the gas, she goes. I leased a 2017 and when my lease was up I bought the 2020.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
