When we began looking for a new car, I dreaded the buying process based on past experiences. However, my recent purchase of a new CX-5 from Heritage Timonium couldn't have gone any smoother. Craig was super knowledgeable and patient, and I never once felt pressured during our negotiations. I never knew buying a car could be a pleasant experience!
Peter and Kenny are great. Peter's knowledge of the history and details of the marque were impressive, and Kenny is an ace mechanic. Very transparent and easy to deal with- didn't try to hide anything and were very up front about the 'warts' on the car we finally bought for my son. Selection was good (they even had a few manuals - but one fewer now!) We've had the car for a couple months now and have had zero issues (other than my son wanting to polish the paint off the car.) Headed off to its first track day in a week and we're expecting a trouble free day.
The only negatives:
- their stock is not all in one location, so if you have a car you are interested in from the website, give them a call and let them know when you'll be there.
- facility might put some people off, but get past it - these guys are good
- they can be slow to return phone calls
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I am a planner and I am very careful with large purchases so after doing extensive research on my next vehicle I called the dealership and got Dubois Kelly who informed me that the vehicle I was inquiring about was still in stock and I scheduled a time to view and test drive it. Dubois delivered platinum standard customer service! He was very welcoming to me and my Husband, he was knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very transparent of the purchase process and owning a luxury car. My new car had slight bumper damage prior to purchase and Audi fixed it the following week. It looked like it was never damaged! Jess Wildasin was excellent and was very accommodating. My only issue with the service experience was that if I was in there on a we owe then I should not have to spend my money to fill up a loner vehicle. With regard to the finance process, Cedric over promised and under delivered. The expectations of obtaining better financing terms were not transparent when financing was finalized. He then outsourced another manager for me to sign the sales agreement and skimmed the terms. I believe the other manager assumed that Cedric went over everything in depth prior to final signatures (which was not his fault he was great too by the way). The reason for the outsourcing was because he took another customer in the middle of my transaction. Mind you we were there at 2:30pm and did not leave until 7-7:30pm. Several days later I had some uneasiness with the finance portion and contacted Cedric. Thank goodness his Supervisor Will Nelson was available to bring clarity and transparency as Cedric continued to "double talk" me regarding the extended warranty that I purchased. After speaking with Mr. Nelson I was satisfied with the conversation. After Mr. Nelson assigned duties BACK to Cedric to complete, the updated warranty was not correct. He then updated the agreement and outsourced the task again to other people to ensure I signed it when I brought my car to be serviced. When it wasn't signed instead of inquiring with the people who he outsourced it to, he calls ME to ask me why didn't I find the person who has my paperwork to sign it! Why would it be my responsibility to ensure this was taken care of? As I type I still do not have an updated extended warranty agreement. So in conclusion, I enjoyed my Audi experience minus the finance process with Cedric.
We purchased a used Subaru and were treated like we were buying a 50k Audi. Great staff who made the whole car buying experience the most pleasant ever. We walked away satisfied with the value of my trade in and the purchase price of our vehicle. Highly recommend!
I am amending my review regarding Priority One Audi. I stopped in there a,few days ago to see the service manager. I have to say that he was extremely concerned with my issue and took it upon himself to look further into it. I am very happy to say I was treated with care and concern. My issue was taken care of. I have total respect for not just the Service manager, but for the entire team at the service department. They totally are a great crew and will take care of your car. Thank you again . You All are amazing.
Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.
John and everyone at heritage were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our experience perfect and comfortable. They treat you and your family like their family. We will definitely be going back for any future car buying needs. I would recommend them to everyone!
Skip Tate was amazing to deal with. After calling and leaving a message at 4:43pm Monday January 15, 2018, i promptly received a call back and within 30 minutes the total number were discussed with me on the phone. By 5:30pm the price I had in mind was agreed to with the management team and by 6pm Skip was able to work with Finance to beat the financing rate published by my Credit Union. At 8pm I was at land rover signing off the last few documents and 8:45pm out the door. Skip and the team went above and beyond to ensure the deal was closed and i left with the car. Will always recommend the smooth no story telling sales pitch and informed set of sales representatives to all who are searching for a new or used car. Highly recommend this dealer and please ask for skip.
