I love Sean uses technology by using text to keep me up to date with the status of my car. Every time I come to this service center, I have noticed Sean is busy and the limited staff are running around servicing other customers. The wait time is quite long, so I end up leaving and trying to schedule directly with him on the phone or through email. Don't want to call and add more work to what he is already busy with and he can focus on physical customers.

The car is fun to drive, feels light and quick. The car has all the gadgets and tech you could want. Seats are comfy but solid. The new styling on the exterior is sharp.
Test drive of q5 was enjoyable and informative. The safety features were fully explained and optional features explained. After test drive noticed a screw in the left front tire. A brand new tire was acquired the next day and mounted before purchasing the vehicle the next day.

Great car, nice interior and exterior. Very sporty,strong motor with lots of torque. A great sounding stereo. Pretty good fuel mileage , though not the best. Overall great car.
We just bought a 2012 Acadia from Eddie. It was a great experience. Eddie was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We also had to bring kids with us and the staff was excellent with finding things to help entertain them. I???d highly recommend Rocky Mountain.

I always wanted to get an Audi so a few years back I purchased a two year old 2011 Audi A4 Quattro. I mainly got it for the all wheel drive. I use it as our family car. I bought an extended warranty to carry me through 120k miles. During the regular warranty period, I had to use it once because the driver side power window stopped working. But at 110k+ miles - I used the extended warranty (with zero deductible) 3 times for over $12,000 in repairs at the dealer. I had the turbo replaced, the timing chain adjuster, timing chain, cylinder head + other stuff. Parts eventually fail or wear out. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this car and will get another one in the future.
I love my vehicle. Love putting the top down and cruise the beach. Very reliable and handles the road. Nice for trips and just jyst for rides
