I live in Barrington, IL and as with many other places, we have several Ford dealerships in the area to choose from. I went to my local dealer, Wickstrom Ford, first and I never had a need to try working with a different dealership. I had a good idea what I wanted when ordering my 2025 Big Bend Bronco with a manual transmission, but there were other features I wasn't sure about and the team at Wickstrom was helpful to make my final decision. Everything was easy with Wickstrom (and I have had problems with other dealerships in the past). The pricing and terms were clear. They did not put extra equipment on the vehicle which other dealerships do and try to force me to pay for it. In transit from the factory, the windshield was cracked by a rock chip. The team at Wickstrom replaced it with an OEM windshield and made everything right. I am extremely happy with my Bronco and the service I got at Wickstrom. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.
