First time buying a car online. The most awesome experience ever. Salesman, Adrian was very responsive to texts and phone calls. He went out of his way to make sure I had no worries. I’m weary about buying used cars. Paulie and Adam put me at ease. They were very upfront about the 2016 C7 Corvette I ended buying. They showed me the car’s history, financing options, and pricing and didn’t play any games. Adam did a great job going through all of the details and paperwork. He was nice. However, my first encounter was running into a salesman down there that kept telling me he was the owner. I’m sorry I watch Fox News. He wasn’t the owner I saw on TV! Nice try buddy…

I make an appointment for a service visit before I take a Road trip. I like to check brakes, tires, fluids & any other concerns I may have. My Service advisor scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule & goes over any issues that might be found once the inspection is complete.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Went in today to check out a car I'd found on Cars.com, a 2012 Audi A8L. Great salesman (Ryan) who really educated me on all of its features. Took it for a rest drive; city and freeway driving. Great experience. Will definite be back as I get closer to buying my next car.
