Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

The staff were all very helpful. I was planning on just staying there while they worked on my car, however they couldn't guarantee the time it would be complete so they offered for me to take a Lyft to my office and provided a link to use on the return. I had left something in my car that I needed and they were quick to retrieve it for me. I had bought a cell phone holder that needed installation on my dash vents and they were very helpful helping me to install it.
Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.
Last Saturday I leased a Cx5 from Royal Motors and had an excellent experience. My sales person was Sierra who I was fortunate enough to meet for the first time the previous week. Sierra was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and in the end delivered on everything she promised. I absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5! The experience I encountered was great service. I didn’t actually visit dealership physically. But online I was given tremendous assistance without delay. So I can only imagine the service at Audi north Miami. On 1-10 scale, I give 10 rating!!
Steve is amazing, simply amazing. He brought the cars to us so we could try them at home (hard to carve time to test drive with two young kids). He also guided us through the entire process to make sure we were getting what we wanted and could afford. Refreshing in the car buying process.

As a female I have had bad and worse car buying experiences. This has not been the case with Audi Pittsburgh. I just leased my second Audi, working with Steven Catalo both times. Steven is a joy to work with! He explains every detail of the transaction and is very patient with those of us who are not adept at math! Steven does not rush through the process nor is he pushy. And he delivered the car directly to my home. Talk about service!!
We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. What I really liked about Audi Gwinnett is the team dynamic. I was greeted right as I came in by a kind receptionist and then Slim helped me get started finding Shawn for my reservation and they were the ONLY dealership in my month of car shopping to offer to go on the test drive with me! I can tell you right now that if Shawn hadn't ridden along with me to answer all of my insane amount of questions I probably would have gone home to think it over and thrown it in the stack of other cars I test drove and couldn't make up my mind on. They had a great and affordable bumper to bumper extended coverage plan (which is really important to me with used cars). Tracey made the boring paperwork part fun. I knew I was going to get along with that guy the moment I layed eyes on his fake spilled coffee accident gag he had on his desk. I gladly give this team a five star review! Y'all rock!
Our time at Audi Mentor was short. After finding the right car to purchase, we had an associate come out to help. He was helpful but seemed uninterested as he had another buyer arrive halfway through the interaction and left us. Not much wiggle room on the price.
