Initially Mobin and his team helped my wife to painlessly transition from her previously leased vehicle to a brand new Audi Q3. I was in the market for another car as well and had few cars in mind. Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

Upon drop off I had an easy check-in process and a brand new loaner car waiting so I could continue with my daily routines. The extended warranty that I bought at the time of purchase has far exceeded its value and cost. Before picking up my vehicle after service I was provided with a detailed video with a certified mechanic covering all the different services that were performed that day. Upon pickup I was greeted by my service advisor and walked out to my car that was freshly washed and clean. Exceptional service in today's industry!

Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

It all started with the ball dropped, but Brian was quick to get in, and get it done. He was ever the professional, customer service oriented, and exemplar with product knowledge.
