The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. I took my car in for recall repairs, which to my knowledge, were performed as they should've been. The customer service was phenomenal. I only had one small concern...my vehicle was washed on the outside, which was great, but it appeared to have been wiped clean with a "not so clean" towel, as there were dry patterns everywhere. I ended up having to have it re-washed to be able to see clearly out of my windows.
Customer service is top notch! From sales, service and knowledge of products being used. This is my 6th purchase with O???Daniel. Began 1986. In September of 2005, I purchased my cherished red 993 cabriolet with 62K miles on the clock for $34000. I kept that car and traded it in at Flemington Porsche to John Rachmiel in Sept 2015 with 65K miles and got $42,000 toward the purchase of a lovely yellow 991 cab. My dad, who passed in January 2016, lamented when I traded the 993 and I soon regretted the decision too. Fast forward to Sept 2018. My mom passed on 9/2 and I took some time off to heal the loss of a second parent. For some reason, I did something that I NEVER do.....I checked Flemington???s used car webpage. Low and behold, my treasured 993 had JUST been traded back into the dealer a couple of days earlier. I immediately contacted my trusted sales advisor, John Rachmiel, explained the situation and the sentimental nature of getting this car back. He immediately worked with Scott Herbert and we were able to work out a very favorable deal to get the car back to me about one week later, once it had cleared the shop. The car now has 67, 500 on it.....just 5,000 more than when I bought it in 2005 and the prior caretaker had just invested $6,000 in maintenance and $2,000 in a clear bra on the car. I got the car back for just under $50,000. I made out well thanks to John and Scott who were more interested in getting the car back to me than making a quick buck......something for which I will be forever appreciative. And to close the loop, I was able to quickly put them in touch with a buyer for the lovely E550 benz I traded and as a reward for that, a gratis oil change and brake fluid flush in the Spring for the 993. So happy.
I hit a pothole on a Brooklyn Street after the last NY snow and got 2 blowouts, front and rear tires on the drivers side. I was able to pull into a legal parking spot. My car does not have a spare, and even if it did it wouldn't help. I contacted roadside assistance and waited on hold for 1 hour. Finally I contacted Audi Brooklyn service department and explained my situation. The service manager set up a pickup and drop-off situation for me. The next morning at 9am 2 technicians came and changed the 2 flats with 2 spares they brought with them and took my car into service. They even reminded me that I had Audi Tire Hazard insurance, so the whole thing cost me nothing out of pocket. 2 new tires. Pickup and Drop-off. $0. Wow! Thank You!
I recently brought my car in to be serviced and was quickly and warmly greeted by Janet Sukhram. She gracefully walked me through the servicing process answering all of my questions and addressing my service needs. While inspecting my car she noticed my rear bumper was dented. The dent was already scheduled to be fixed at a shop around the corner which would require another trip back on a later date. Janet immediately offered to handle the issue on-site and contacted her body shop manager (Corrado) to provide an estimate of work to my insurance agent. Janet's proactive approach to service exceeded my expectations and saved me a lot of time by consolidating my trips. OUTSTANDING WORK Janet & Team! Definitely deserving of a 5 STAR rating +++
When I was considering an Audi for my next car, a friend recommended the one in MV as "the best." I visited a few times and had great, positive, and educational experiences with Carter K, product specialist, and Michael S, the general sales manager. Every time I came to them with questions, they had answers. It is a super relaxed environment, they made the car choosing and pricing process smooth. And by smooth I mean efficient, productive, and simplified. I would have loved to have bought my next car with them. They offered to transfer a specific model/ color for me and honor the offer they made. Fate intervened, which is the only reason I am not behind the wheel of my first A3 right now. Audis are their passion at MV, and I recommend ANYONE who has ever considered driving one to speak with them first!
I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!

I was a cash buyer but had kind of a hard ???unicorn??? hunt after trips to every Nissan dealer in 50 miles of metro Detroit I was encountering no one who wanted to help me track down the specific/make/model & trim package my husband wanted (which I wanted to surprise gift him) absolutely everyone else sales people/dealership GM???s extra just wanted me to take what they had in stock that the wanted to sell finally in frustration I went online & asked my contact list if anyone had a contact that could actually try to get one of 3 cars I???d indentified at out of state dealerships ??? a former owner of a Nissan dealership himself pointed me to Brian & his associate Scott. I emailed telling them my disappointments in locating this vehicle & they said come on in & let???s try to make this surprise gift happen. I was so grateful I was will to accept anything treatment-wise ??? so imagine my surprise & happinesses to arrive at a modern, clean well maintained dealership & be graciously helped by everyone one (3 other sales people who didn???t try to sell me anything but directed me to Brian, got me seated & with a cold beverage while he finished with another customer. Scotte came & met me & tracked the VIN #???s I had, the GM came over to be introduced & a charming salesman Christopher talked cars with me while the other out of state dealership managers were contacted to be negotiated with. To say it was my very best dealership experience in 50 years is to under sell the difference between Brian & his team and the 8 dealerships I went to. I would recommend Brian, Scotte & Chris highly but absolutely everyone I encountered I would be willing to work with in the future. So if you hate how other dealerships treat you when you try to buy what you want & give them you hard earned money then you should definitely come here where they understand who is the customer; ai???m a Realtor so I appreciate great customer aervice! (Oh & I should mention, I didn???t realize it was month end the day I was in & still no one acted like the couldn???t be bothered because my deal wouldn???t be closed by end of day; no one said or acted like ???come back later???.).
I'm very thankful to Sweetcars for the ongoing support and help I received with the purchase of my 2010 Aston Martin DBS. I would like yo thank all the staff and in particular my sales agent Larry who went above and beyond in keeping me informed as to status of the car and additional detail work I had them perform which was of top quality. This was an unique purchase due to the fact I purchased the car without visiting the showroom myself, and that the Aston was to be exported to Canada. The car arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as represented by the dealer, we all learned a few things during this process which i'm sure will only enhance Sweetcars ability to serve others involved in the export of vehicles. Sheri in the office was also of great help with paperwork and title preparation, i'm not the easiest person to deal with at times but Sweetcars made me feel as part of the family. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to publicly recognize Vin Devers Autohaus for the amazing service we received on Friday, September 21, 2018. We had the glowplugs on our 2011 Sprinter-chassis based motorcoach replaced at a Mercedes dealer in St. Clair Shores, MI on Thursday, Sept. 20th. We were heading out of town for a weekend camping trip on Friday morning when suddenly we heard a whooshing sound and lost power. We found Vin Devers was the closest Mercedes dealer that serviced the Sprinter chassis. Our coach was in "limp" mode but we were able to get to Vin Devers. We pulled in and a service technician named Chris Micheaux immediately identified the issue which was a detached hose on our turbo diesel. He showed us the issue, got the repair done FAST, and we were back on the road to enjoy the weekend. What I really commend Chris for is that he stated the detached hose was related to the glow plug repair done at St. Clair Shores. He contacted the St. Clair Shores dealer and they covered the cost of the repair. That tells me Chris and the staff at Vin Devers have integrity. I think a lot of dealers might have just said "oh, too bad, this hose has become detached" and never attributed it to the repair that a fellow Mercedes dealer had done. I'm sure a lot of dealers would have been happy to charge me for a new repair. Thankfully we stumbled upon a dealer in Vin Devers that provides incredible customer service with integrity. Vin Devers Autohaus you have earned our business and we'll be happy to drive the hour from Michigan to have our Sprinter chassis serviced at your shop. And to anyone considering buying a Mercedes or Audi (as we are now), don't hesitate to buy it at Vin Devers, they understand the importance of customer service.
On September 18, 2018 (dawn) a signal turned up on my dashboard of my Q 7 that my right front light has a problem. I immediately checked it, but was not able to find a disfunction. The light seemed to be okay to me. Nevertheless, on September 19 I drove with my wife -before I intended to got to work to UCSD- to Audi San Diego to have the problem solved without advance notice. I assumed that the bulb needed to be changed and costs less than USD 50. After some irritations (long waiting period, approximate cost estimate not mentioned in advance) the paid amount of USD 483.65 was refunded by Audi San Diego which made me very happy. Wow! I am impressed by the claim management experienced by Audi San Diego, in particular of Mrs. Ingrid Knufman. This is extra ordinary and serves as a benchmark for other companies. Thank you very much!
A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!
I purchased my Audi A7 recently as I have grown tired of SUVs and have felt that Audi 's original A7 body is both elegant and practical. In retirement I play in many jazz ensembles and the Audi A7 can carry a full set of drums with no issues. This car is a joy to drive, practical, quiet, controlled with great traction, and provides excellent, flat cornering. The interior though a bit "analog" is extremely elegant, well appointed and very comfortable.
The windshield and front side glass is double paned creating a very quiet cabin. The head display is very nice as well. My only complaint is the navigation system interface is awkward. That said, Google maps and Waze seem superior to all auto built in navigation systems and the ApplePlay and Android interface in the A7 work beautifully.
