We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. Although we’ve only purchased our Audi a week ago, I’ve been nothing but pleased with our experience so far. Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.

The owner and his wife where amazing. I saw the car online and went to check it out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The place is not your average used car lot with salesmen pressuring you. I walked in happy and left with a great Audi Q5. The car was such in great shape I had it serviced at Audi Katy dealership and they even offered to buy my car at a higher price I bought the car for. This is a great family dealership with a great family running it. Now I am interested in a Mercedes ML class they currently have.
I was looking at a mercedes benz at shawws motor credit for a couple weeks.i was flying back from atlanta with a stop in houston.i called bedis the salesman i had been in contact with to send an uber to get me from the airport which he did.i arrived at shawns motor credit and the car was already detailed and washed and ready to go. bedis had my papereork prepared and after some contract signatures i was on the road with my new car.in fact i was on the phone longer with my insurance than it took to sign the paperwork. I would recommend buying a car from shawns motor credit and speaking with bedis as your car salesman.. bedis is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to give you a straight answer.
Sent an email via the Cars.com system, got an automated email that they rec'd the email, and then a few days later another automated email from the GM (?) of the dealership to see if the salesman had contacted me. I replied that I was interested in the car but didn't hear back. I'm NOT a local to their area so maybe they dismiss those requests.
I made the deal with Wade via email—he was prompt in his responses and made it very easy! He handed off to Chase who met me at the airport and in a matter of a several hours I was driving my vehicle to Minnesota!!
