I was having a problem with my Audi Connect, and after speaking with numerous people over the phone (who could not seem to understand what was wrong with the system), I decided to head over to the DFW Audi dealership. I spoke with Ruby Rodriguez, the Tech Specialist. Not only was Ruby extremely friendly, she was also very eager to help in any way that she could. After taking the time with me to walk through every step of the set-up process, we also were unsuccessful in getting the system to work. I mentioned to her that the Audi Connect technical support team was sending me a new SIM card, and I should receive it that following Friday. Ruby right away mentioned to me, that as soon as I receive the new card, to come back to dealership and she would set this one up from the start. Once I received the card, I came back to the dealership, and just as Ruby mentioned, she walked through all of the steps that she normally would to set up an Audi Connect account. Unfortunately, it still did not work. Ruby never got frustrated, but instead became more inquisitive. Her persistence eventually got us to someone on the Audi Connect dealer support team, who was able get everything to work perfectly!!! I do not think I have ever received customer service like this before! Thank you Ruby and thank you DFW Audi for the way you treat your customers! It truly makes a difference!
I have taken my 2012 VW Jetta here for service since I moved to Daphne, AL in 2013. From scheduling the appointment to getting the work completed, it is always easy. Dennis Healy, Brand Ambassador, is professional, courteous and on the money with the estimate of time to complete the service and the cost. They have never tried to up sell me any additional services. My car is always clean after the service. They also have kiosk work stations and a very clean, comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and popcorn. There is another VW dealer closer to me but it is worth the extra 15 minute drive for the outstanding customer service.
Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta several years ago). Shaun Camay called us back in a matter of hours - he had located the exact car I wanted! We worked out the financial details for trading in my Audi and financing the new one in a couple more hours and we were all set! My son and I drove to Marietta (we live in FL) over the Labor Day weekend and the car and Shaun were waiting for us. Besides being happy to see my son, the staff were wonderful to me and treated my like their mom, as well. The paperwork went quickly, the intro to the car was smoothly conducted and we were ready to go. It was actually the most fun I've ever had buying a car! We laughed, kidded about their temporary "trailer park" office, traded stories about our cars and promised to meet up before we headed home. I can't thank you all enough. Now, both of my cars (2006 Passat 3.6, which I bought from my son, and new Q5 Audi) are from Jim Ellis Marietta!!
Had the pleasure of spending some much needed time with Garrett Richardson, familiarizing myself with all of the features, toggles, joy sticks, scrolling buttons, "button" buttons on my new A3! What a great car! Knowing what features are available and how to access them is essential for the "complete" experience. I paid for the "whole" automobile, so it only makes good sense to learn how it all works and comes together with the touch of a finger ... or two. Audi has done a masterful job at manufacturing exotic, quality automobiles! In my opinion, even my A3 is an "EXOTIC"! I love it! Maybe I can reach for the stars some day and get behind the wheel of one of those R8 + rocket ships! Thank you, Garrett, for your patience & communication skills during our A3 "meet & greet". You are outstanding! May need to phone in a few lingering questions some time but for now, I'm pushing all the buttons with confidence and enjoying the heck out of my new Audi ride!
I want to thank Shawn especially for being so patient with us, he took the time to talk and make the purchase comfortable. He and Uzo are great! We were able to drive two cars and make a decision and left with a beautiful car. This car will need brakes in 2000 miles which was kind of a bummer but other than that our mechanic said the car looks nice. It’s definitely a clean car and overall the experience was a good one. Thank you all at auto imports, you have beautiful cars there!

Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.
As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. Needless to say, every car in there was exquisite. 👍🏽Looking forward to driving my new Car off the lot very soon!!
I hit a pothole on a Brooklyn Street after the last NY snow and got 2 blowouts, front and rear tires on the drivers side. I was able to pull into a legal parking spot. My car does not have a spare, and even if it did it wouldn't help. I contacted roadside assistance and waited on hold for 1 hour. Finally I contacted Audi Brooklyn service department and explained my situation. The service manager set up a pickup and drop-off situation for me. The next morning at 9am 2 technicians came and changed the 2 flats with 2 spares they brought with them and took my car into service. They even reminded me that I had Audi Tire Hazard insurance, so the whole thing cost me nothing out of pocket. 2 new tires. Pickup and Drop-off. $0. Wow! Thank You!
Purchased the New 2017 Q3 after a wonderful sales experience. Days later I drove the New 2017 Q5 and decided to switch cars to the new 2017 Q5.
Not only My sales specialist Ms. Marilyn Tedesco and the sales manager Mr. Edwin Mercedes were so excited, they actually helped me very efficiently and promptly through the exchange process.
Let me say this, I paid for the difference in prices which was very fair and was out of the dealership with the new Q5 in less than half an hour..This is how business is done and loyalty is granted.
I'm very happy, and satisfied about the whole process form beginning to end specially that I live in NYC and ending up purchasing from Audi Meadowlands. That says a lot.
