We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. Outstanding service. Martin Hristov, Sales Rep was outstanding. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I tried a few cars before selecting the GLE 400 and I was very satisfied with the service. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and helped make the process go smoothly. This was not my first time buying a vehicle at Mercedes Greenway, and I hope to continue to buy there again in the future.

Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
I went here to buy a car after work. Not only I found the car that i like. It was in great condition at the best price I found. The dealership made sure that my car was perfect cause I have an for the smallest detail. But none of this wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for my salesman Pierre Russell. He went to extremes to make my experience the best. I would by the next 10 cars from him and I will recommen to anybody
Sent an email via the Cars.com system, got an automated email that they rec'd the email, and then a few days later another automated email from the GM (?) of the dealership to see if the salesman had contacted me. I replied that I was interested in the car but didn't hear back. I'm NOT a local to their area so maybe they dismiss those requests.
I needed reliable car under $5k for my daughter. Found what I needed. They financed the car in house too. Percy was great to deal with.
