I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Started out "not so good" as we didn't have an appointment for our rav4 prime 10k service,even though we had a text confirmation of an appointment change to this date and time. We'd changed it 2 months earlier because we were out of town on original appointment and had a text confirming the change. Fortunately we had Victoria Barbagallo for our service tech! She managed to squeeze us in and we were in and out with full service in 45 minutes....saving us a wasted 1 hour round trip. Have a toyota service problem at Handy Motors? Accordingly, to the dealership I originally purchased my vehicle from stated that I did not have a warranty when the vehicle was purchased. Patty did a great job handling the 40k service. On time and budget as usual. Loaner car required advance notice (3-4 weeks). I’d like to see the phone system upgraded. I was stuck in the phone tree loop a couple times with no pickup or voicemail. Overall very happy.

I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online. I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing The manual included was for another model (TT) Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them
