Used 2022 Audi Q3 45 S line Premium for sale near South Hackensack, NJ

I had a great experience when servicing my car at the Audi dealer in Parsippany. Stuart, my service advisor was super professional & kept his promise regarding my car being serviced & ready.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I don't have much to say, the experience wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either. Found what I needed without any hassle.

People there are very accommodating and easy to talk to. Rep who helped me was precise and just on point in explaining the vehicle. Thank you!

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I was met at the door by salesman Jeffery who was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and Patient with all my questions. He convinced me that he was going to make sure that I was absolutely satisfied by explaining everything I needed to know on order to make up my mind about my purchase. He thoroughly explained all my options; cash, lease or finance. He even followed up after I drove off to see if everything was ok! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for Jeffrey. He's 76 years old ( I'm 72) so don't expect any quick sales tactics! In fact everyone I dealt with at this dealership was polite and easy to deal with.

Emails sent did not purchase car. Car did not have all the options I wanted. But it was a fair price. Better luck next time.

I received the exact service I had requested and the price was explained with no surprise. I was offered coffee and a nice place to sit. My vehicle was cleaner than when I arrived and my seats and mirrors were exactly as I had them when I arrived for service.

Wow! What an unbelievable experience. Rob Cece and the entire team at Audi Nyack were beyond helpful, friendly, and professional. I've been to many dealerships in many states over the years, and never in my life have I had an experience buying a car that I could actually call pleasant. You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. Overall customer service was great. They were professional and courteous. The finance department worked with me and was able to find me a creditor within an hour. Denise was friendly and helpful and also professional. I’m happy with the service I got.
