I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I had a tire punctured by debris from a new construction spot, causing my tire to go flat on Labor Day Weekend. I was stressed as this all happened, while I was out showing homes to clients. What a fabulous experience!! Hamzah Adi was our dealer to purchase my daughter's first car and he was ZERO pressure 10,000% help. He made this experience so much fun. We visited a dozen dealerships looking for the right used car for her and each one left us with a bad taste in our mouths for pushed sales pitches, too much pressure, too little freedom to feel out the cars we really wanted and just a creepy vibe. I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!
