We had a superb buying experience! After test driving another Q7 at another dealer, we decided within hours that we would buy it. But it sold just after we left the dealer. So after searching online, we found one at Audi Rockville, who immediately got in touch and gave us a great deal. We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

Upon drop off I had an easy check-in process and a brand new loaner car waiting so I could continue with my daily routines. The extended warranty that I bought at the time of purchase has far exceeded its value and cost. Before picking up my vehicle after service I was provided with a detailed video with a certified mechanic covering all the different services that were performed that day. Upon pickup I was greeted by my service advisor and walked out to my car that was freshly washed and clean. Exceptional service in today's industry!
