This was my first visit to Audi Temecula as I previously lived closer to another Audi dealer. I was welcomed into the Service Dept by Adam who was ready to listen to my needs, accurately write up the services, and then present me an introduction to the available facilities while I waited for the completion of service. We were just looking to assess the Audi against other potential cars to buy in the month of June. We test drove the Q5, but did not like the design. As we were leaving, we noticed a A6 on the floor. It was a 2018 sports model. I liked it, but did not like the interior. They had another one on the lot. We did a test drive, the manager gave us a deal we could not refuse and drove off the lot with the car 2 hours later. We were not expecting to buy a car that day, but Audi met all of our needs. So far, we are a satisfied customer!
