I'll keep this short. I had my car worked on, trying to get to the bottom of some very annoying ghost issues that nobody can fix. What I like is the friendly staff, the loaner cars are really nice, the physical waiting room is the nicest I have seen. What I don't like is when their tech drives 50+ miles on my gas to attempt to make a problem come back and then decide we might as well give it back and wait for the problem to come back while you drive it, and then they charge me $10 for gas in their loaner after I already put $20 into it. I'm paying for gas 3 times now. What a rip off. I get that they want people to return their cars at the same fuel level as it was because we used that fuel and all, but when you burn my gas then maybe you should replace it like I am replacing yours.

Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, there isn't much to relay. Having access to a new Audi service loaner was a pleasant bonus. As was having my vehicle returned shiny clean and vacuumed. In summary, I felt pampered by the Audi Wilsonville service department and I would recommend them to any Audi owner.
Thank you Kuni BMW for a wonderful car buying experience. I purchased a beautiful new BMW X5 yesterday and found the staff to be professional and informative. My appointment began at 1pm and I was driving home in my new car by 4pm.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I would love to take the time to give thanks to Jacob (Jake) who always takes wonderful care of me and my car when I need to come in for a car service. He is professional and respectful and I couldn???t ask for anything more from him! I would highly recommend wilsonville Audi!
Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Service was timely both dropping off, servicing and picking up with paperwork. Lease is coming up, purchased last time at different dealership but considering going here for next Audi
I had the pleasure of working with Jake for this service visit. I was having routine 55k maintenance done on the car. He was very friendly, thorough and went out of his way to ensure I was able to take advantage of any service deals that were available. Wilsonville Audi and their team of professionals are very courteous and professional. They had me in and out in no time at all, with service time exceeding my expectation. Very detailed in their review of the services performed. My only complaint is that my gas tank wasn't filled up, which they told me last time that they do a courtesy fill. Last time I had brought my Audi in on a full tank so this time I did not fill it prior to the appointment expecting a fill. I didn't notice until after I left. Overall... I love working with these people... Sue
