Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. I Love my 2016 Fit. I traded in my 2010 Fit and Autonation gave me a fair price for it. Bruce Kralb and Alan Garcia always made the buying process an enjoyable one. They never pressured us and the gave a final price for the car, that was what I was looking for. Between taking Test drives and sitting down and talking about our options, this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. They are just good people. Another good person I would like to praise is Jillian Zimmerman, the Financial service manager. She was great in explaining to us our financial responsibilities as well as any add ons we may wanted to purchase. I bought my car without any tint, with the help of Jillian and Bruce, my tinting service was expedited the day I brought it in. Autonation is just a great place to buy a car from, great people, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing interior. Quiet ride, and is exceptionally smooth. Driving feels so much more enjoyable in this thing. I sat in the back and I'm 5'11 with longer legs and did not feel cramped. While there certainly is not a lot of storage space in the rear compared to a CRV i can live with that for better mileage and less weight.

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . I've been a car salesman here, have bought 20 cars here, and these guys are GREAT- period. and now here's your WARNING- WARNING DON'T BUY a CAR from CAMELBACK KIA a lying bunch of dishonorable people from sales to finance from start to finish. Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? No GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. From my first phone call to Rick Theibaud setting up a service appointment for a warranty covered issue, and with every interaction since, Rick has provided top-notch service. Knowledgeable, polite, patient with all the questions I asked, and responsive with follow-up calls and information, he always kept me informed so I didnt have to call him to find out what was going on.Rick set me up with a comparable loaner car to use as the part needed came from out of state. When the repair work was completed, Rick had my car washed, vacuum, and because it had to be driven some distance to ensure the repair was spot on, refueled and ready to go when I arrived. Since, Ive had my oil changed, tires rotated, and engine checked with Rick. And again, I received the best service a car dealership has ever delivered. As a female executive who has bought and leased her own cars for over 25 years, good service has not always been the case. I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale.

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.

I made a phone call to Midway to inquire about the last of their in-stock 2017 Nissan Leafs available. Due to the end of the year deadline approaching ($7,500 tax credit), my salesperson, Haley, worked the excellent deal (price) late on 30 December and I could not be happier! Plus, because the charger that is included with the Leaf was not in the vehicle, Haley was nice enough to drive from Midway to my home in Gilbert to deliver the needed charger (90 miles roundtrip) early the very next morning. Brake sensor for starting car

My wife's car was occasionally not starting, and acted like the battery was dead. This occurred intermittently for a few days until I had the chance to take it to Midway Nissan (which is where we purchased the car new in 2007). Although I had no appointment, the service man, Danny Almond, listened to my problem, understood why I didn't want to turn the car off while talking to him, and wrote up the work order. He then ordered a complimentary UBER to come and take me from the dealership to my home 4 miles away so I didn't have to spend the day in the waiting room. When the car was done later, he explained it was a sensor on the brake pedal that was malfunctioning after this 11 years and 144,000 miles of driving, and the car computer didn't know a foot was on the brake so it wouldn't start the car without playing with the pedal several times. The price was good and the service excellent!
