My 16 year old daughter and I flew to Chicago specifically to purchase a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. We identified several vehicles at 3 different dealerships that would work for us. We arrived at Audi Westmont at 830am on Saturday and drove 3 vehicles. Then we went to two other Chicago area Audi dealerships. After being disappointed with the quality of the CPO Q7's at other dealerships we ended back at Audi Westmont at 530pm and purchased the car we drove earlier that morning. Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.

Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
We received excellent service from Calvin on our first visit in with our 2018 Q5. There were a few recalls that were taken care of as well as oil change and realignment. The work was done on schedule and I love the Uber provided after drop off.
Jorge helped me out with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. He even went out of his way to provide me with some quotes for accessories that I am planning to purchase. I'll be bringing my Q7 to Fletcher for service going forward. So far the best service center I've seen and the friendliest staff.
Will be back next service, great staff, very polite, store was clean and loved the showroom. I love the video text that showed them working on my car most definitely ahead of the others with this technology. Thanks
