Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!
I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Samantha Terry was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to come to a fair deal on our 2010 Prius. I will not hesitate to visit Lexus of Chandler in the future. This was my second time purchasing from a Penske dealership, and both were pleasant experiences.
I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!
THANK YOU Parrish and Louis! You made this a great experience from start to finish! I chatted online with Parrish before driving up to the dealership and shared what I was looking for and that I was nervous b/c I have had many bad car dealer experiences. Further, I did not want to waste his or my time caught up in the car dealer game. He had such a wonderful manner and attitude that made me feel I was making a good choice choosing Audi North Scottsdale. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, the facility is beautiful, clean and it didn’t have that loud frenetic noise that so many dealerships have. Parrish was assisting another customer when I arrived but greeted me warmly and connected me to his colleague Louis, with whom he provided the details I had shared earlier. Louis was great, explained everything inside the car and at his desk-he was responsive to my requests and he never played any of those sales person games. Parrish also was checking in on my experience throughout the entire process. I never felt mentally or physically exhausted during this experience. Bill, finance manager was also very helpful and again none of those typical upselling tactics.
The positive reviews about this dealership team are right on point! I am glad to be part of the Audi family and for this incredible team showing that a positive, person to person car buying experience does exist!
Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze.
I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past.
Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.
