Used 2017 Audi Q7 for Sale in Wauconda, IL

I went in initially because my 10-year-old A4 (which I loved!) needed some repairs. Unfortunately, it didn’t make sense $-wise, so I decided to get the Q3 instead! Love it! Matthew was a great help, and fun to test ride with as he’s a former race car driver! Also, Billy in service is a rock star too!

Comfortable, fits family cargo needs with plenty of performance for my liking. As the ergonomics and technology continue to evolve, Audi continues to lead. But most importantly, he "ride" is superb.

It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remaining on my current A6 lease, but wanted to know about getting a new car before the lease expired. The dealer I got the car from told me I needed to wait a few months, and get closer to the lease's end. On a whim, I did an internet search for car leases and got an almost immediate call back from Chris Popa. I told him the details of the vehicle I was interested in, and he called me back a few hours later to say he had a car that fit my description, at the same lease price I am currently paying! A new car for the same money - what's not to like? I met Chris and his brand specialist, Jay Patel, the following day. They showed me the car and walked me through the paperwork. Easy and painless. These two young men (ages 24 and 20!) were aggressive in making the deal happen, but not pushy or full of themselves. Just anxious to help - and they did. I don't ordinarily write reviews about purchases or business dealings, but this experience was noteworthy. I would recommend these two gentlemen without reservation. I'd love to do business with them again when my lease expires in 3 years, but I'm guessing they may have moved from sales to ownership by then. Their enthusiasm and "we'll make it happen on your terms" approach was most welcome, and greatly appreciated!

I never expected the car buying process to be this easy. First of all, Ramzi was great. He really knows his cars and genuinely seems to care about what's best for you. I never felt any sales pitch or pressure and he gave me space look at my own pace. He even let me take a test drive by myself for as long as I wanted. When it came to negotiating the price, this was totally unexpected. I came in with a price that I thought was fair, got some quotes from other dealerships through Truecar.com, and was not planning to go above that price. So what happened? I got an offer LESS than what I was hoping to get and was given an additional $1500 off because I had a competitor's car. The car wasn't going to be ready for a couple weeks, so Ramzi looked to see if he could get me one sooner. He found one but it had some extra upgrades, but gave it to me anyway for the same price! I still had to wait a week, but the next day I got a call saying they had the same car available that day, but it's an S-line (another upgrade), but they would keep the same price. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day, so what did they do? They brought the car to my home 2 hours later, driving into the city in rush hour traffic. I mean, who does that? By the way, I love my Audi and it is everything and more than I ever wanted in a car.

After my wife suffered less than desirable service from an alternate Audi dealer, I brought her to meet Omar at McGrath. Omar assisted me with my 2017 A3 and his level of professionalism is what I believe Audi customer service should be. Omar was on point, gave my wife the same courtesy he extended to me an although we just came to look, we walked out with a brand new 2018 A3! Thank you Omar!

A nice vehicle with great quality and interior, handling, and performance that only audi has. The q7 has a nice comfortable ride and a good selections of different driving modes to fit any individual mood.

I came in around 5:30/6:00p and George greeted me at the door. Asked me a few questions and started recommending models that would suit my lifestyle right away. Asked me if I wanted to test drive the Optima along with another model. Tested the Optima, fell in love. Answered every question I had about the Optima (safety, price, quality) and also showed me where everything was in the vehicle (how to turn light on/off). Made my first car buying experience smooth and painless. I was out of the door by 8:30p with my beautiful new car! I would highly recommend this dealership! Salesman "Jack" worked with me over the phone and via text message in me buying my dream car. He even provided a cell phone video detailing a complete walk-around with the car running. He coordinated shipping to SD within 2 weeks and took care of every little detail. His involvement did not stop there. He has promptly provided help and assistance in answering any questions I have had post-sale and delivery. Please ask for Jack if you need help buying your dream car

Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.

this car have everything I need, Lots of Legroom, Big from Inside but compact and sweet from outside. fully loaded with safety , best headlights and best technology packed car. this SUV is fit for all type of Family and even for off roading .

This is our first Audi and it is an exceptional car all the way around. All of the reviews we read have held up. It's worthy of all the praise.

I am always greeted professionally and my concerns listened to and, more importantly, responded to. Each service advisor I've worked with (Greg and Ravi to date) seem genuinely interested in my experience with my vehicle - am I loving my car? Do I have questions or concerns? I leave feeling that me and my car are well taken care of and welcome to call back with any concerns.

Consumer Reports said this is one of the best SUV and after I had a test ride I agree that the Q7 is the best SUV that money can buy.

The Autobarn is amazing. They really care about their customers, I took my car in for an oil change and it being Saturday morning they were very busy. I was attended by Simon Kim who was great. He took care of me quickly and was very courteous. People like Simon Kim are the reason I drive out of my way to go to the Autobarn for service. The facility is slso a great place to hang out and wait with coffee and snacks, tv and internet access you can relax while you wait.

To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. I recently stopped into Fields Land Rover just to take a look at the models as I'm not too familiar with the brand but really like the 'look' of the cars I've been seeing on the road. Additionally, I saw an ad for another Land Rover location offering a very special price. A salesman named Ballard greeted us and we told him we were just looking around and getting ideas. He was wonderful. After some time looking around the showroom, I showed Ballard the ad I found and asked about that pricing. He came up with 2 options and we test drove them. After leaving there, I called back 2 days later & was ready to make the purchase! The best part was that there was no pushy salesman and no pressure at all. I've had my new vehicle for a week and a half now & I LOVE IT!! Great job Land Rover Northfield and many thanks to our salesperson, Ballard. The whole team made us feel very good about our purchase and was super-helpful & patient with us. I give my highest recommendation!

This is one of those cars that continually brings a smile to your face. All the little things you keep discovering it can do add up to a great vehicle. Plus, it has 7500 lb towing capacity. The thing has got power.

Spent several weeks researching SUVs and was down to Audi and Lexus but went with the Audi Q7 because of extra cargo room and options.

After driving the Jeep Cherokee Summit line for the last 20 years, we decided to make a change. Looked at 8 different SUV's in the mid-size class and ultimately came back to our first stop in Hoffman Estates for the Q7. Love the car. The only minor disappointment is that it does not have remote start due to German legal issues. Did not realize it when we were looking at cars as we thought it was a given that all cars had it these days. Nicolette did a great job in helping us find/decide what we wanted and Eddie sure knows how to design cars! Ours is way cool with the black optics package.

I would buy it again but very disappointed that the QI charger will not fit any phone. The engine stumbles - we hope it is a software fix

What do you get when you mix hundreds of cool cars with a kind, cool and hip sales staff in a gargantuan airplane- like hanger that shines with cleanliness, purity and most of all - the enthusiasm to buy a car. Not just any car, but your dream car!! It???s all there and more. My salesman Larry LaCoste is a former 1960???s Chicago rock n??? roll legend (and still looks it) and there???s nothing better than shopping for a cool car and talking rock n??? roll. That was Larry, but I also got to meet the rest of the staff and every one of them looks to have their own interesting spin to keep the cool car buying experience energized and interesting. Today I walked out of Ultimo a cool car buyer being extremely satisified with Larry???s friendliness, knowledge and most importantly, price! I???m happy Ultimo opened in Northbrook near my home. Now I have a place to go to when I want to feel cool. Thanks for the happy buying experience. You certainly deserve this good review.

Having owned a 2011 Audi Q7 in the past, I expected a great riding solid SUV in the re-designed Audi Q7. The interior is definitely very nice and luxurious. Controls are easy to use and the quality of materials appears to be very high. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. They sometimes don't hold you in place when taking a corner on the faster side, but they are definitely comfortable seats to sit in. Interior space is good, however I was expecting a larger trunk space in the re-designed Q7 given that a common complaint about the previous gen was the trunk space, but it is good enough for Costco trips and trips around town. The ride is smooth and quiet. Power is more than adequate. As far as the quality, my car was in the service department for about a month and a half total in the first year. First issue that caused it to be in the shop for over a week was that the paint had sap etching all over the hood and top of the car. This was the dealers fault for parking it under trees, so not an Audi specific thing. When I bought the car, the shift lever leather was scratched, so that had to be replaced. The rear bumper was out of alignment by 1-2 mm on the left side, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of the Q7's. Homelink worked for a week, then would need to be re-programmed so the entire unit had to be replaced. It was replaced and working, but it doesn't work like the original one did. Instead of being able to program it by holding your remote pointed towards the rearview mirror, I now have to go to the rear of the vehicle and get it close to the HomeLink transmitter. Not a big deal because you only do it once or twice, but it sucks that it doesn't work the way it did before the repair. The driver seat started making a clicking sound about a week after taking delivery and it never went away. I bought it up to the service dept, the service manager heard the noise for 5 minutes straight, and they ended up saying they couldn't do anything about it because it might just be a characteristic of the seat. A year later I brought it back and they finally sent it up to Audi Corporate and they replaced the entire seat frame. The clicking seems to have gone away, but they did a horrible job of putting the seat back together. Multiple items needed to be fixed included the plastic seat cover on the rear of the seat, the plastic trim on the left side of the seat, the leather had to be re-installed correctly around the headrest, plastic clips had to be re-installed correctly around the base of the headrest, and now when driving around corners I can feel the leather slipping from side to side slightly like it wasn't attached quite right to whatever it's supposed to be to keep it in place. The driver seat trim around the seat controls had to be replaced because it would squeak every time I got out of the car. The panoramic roof had to be fixed due to rattling. Headliner had to be removed twice due to rattling and in the process the headliner was scuffed up in multiple places. The car would pull to the right after only 3k miles. The tires were apparently to blame so those had to be replaced. The passenger front window rattles occasionally. The service department has taken care of most of the issues and the car itself is great to drive. So overall I'd recommend the vehicle, but with a warning that you may have some headaches getting some minor issues fixed.

This SUV meets our expectations and lives up to its reputation . Its features are great and I would recommend them for all drivers. The cargo space supports are needs.
