We bought preowned 2013 Volvo from Faulkner in August/2018. This was first opportunity to service. Minor stuff, the cell phone charger outlet wouldn???t work Worked w/ Jack and service fixed it/replaced while I waited. Good to go! No charge for service.

Comfortable, fits family cargo needs with plenty of performance for my liking. As the ergonomics and technology continue to evolve, Audi continues to lead. But most importantly, he "ride" is superb.

My car has everything that I wanted. Still learning about all of the features and functionality. Rides like you are floating on air. cars.com allowed me to make comparisons and make the right choice.

After purchase, an unanticipated problem was found with the vehicle, that was not the dealers responsibility, yet they stood by their sale and assisted with repairs. A solid dealership with high quality vehicles and great customer service. In an often hazardous used car market, you can shop here feeling comfortable you will get treated well, both before and after the sale.

This is one of those cars that continually brings a smile to your face. All the little things you keep discovering it can do add up to a great vehicle. Plus, it has 7500 lb towing capacity. The thing has got power.

Having owned a 2011 Audi Q7 in the past, I expected a great riding solid SUV in the re-designed Audi Q7. The interior is definitely very nice and luxurious. Controls are easy to use and the quality of materials appears to be very high. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. They sometimes don't hold you in place when taking a corner on the faster side, but they are definitely comfortable seats to sit in. Interior space is good, however I was expecting a larger trunk space in the re-designed Q7 given that a common complaint about the previous gen was the trunk space, but it is good enough for Costco trips and trips around town. The ride is smooth and quiet. Power is more than adequate. As far as the quality, my car was in the service department for about a month and a half total in the first year. First issue that caused it to be in the shop for over a week was that the paint had sap etching all over the hood and top of the car. This was the dealers fault for parking it under trees, so not an Audi specific thing. When I bought the car, the shift lever leather was scratched, so that had to be replaced. The rear bumper was out of alignment by 1-2 mm on the left side, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of the Q7's. Homelink worked for a week, then would need to be re-programmed so the entire unit had to be replaced. It was replaced and working, but it doesn't work like the original one did. Instead of being able to program it by holding your remote pointed towards the rearview mirror, I now have to go to the rear of the vehicle and get it close to the HomeLink transmitter. Not a big deal because you only do it once or twice, but it sucks that it doesn't work the way it did before the repair. The driver seat started making a clicking sound about a week after taking delivery and it never went away. I bought it up to the service dept, the service manager heard the noise for 5 minutes straight, and they ended up saying they couldn't do anything about it because it might just be a characteristic of the seat. A year later I brought it back and they finally sent it up to Audi Corporate and they replaced the entire seat frame. The clicking seems to have gone away, but they did a horrible job of putting the seat back together. Multiple items needed to be fixed included the plastic seat cover on the rear of the seat, the plastic trim on the left side of the seat, the leather had to be re-installed correctly around the headrest, plastic clips had to be re-installed correctly around the base of the headrest, and now when driving around corners I can feel the leather slipping from side to side slightly like it wasn't attached quite right to whatever it's supposed to be to keep it in place. The driver seat trim around the seat controls had to be replaced because it would squeak every time I got out of the car. The panoramic roof had to be fixed due to rattling. Headliner had to be removed twice due to rattling and in the process the headliner was scuffed up in multiple places. The car would pull to the right after only 3k miles. The tires were apparently to blame so those had to be replaced. The passenger front window rattles occasionally. The service department has taken care of most of the issues and the car itself is great to drive. So overall I'd recommend the vehicle, but with a warning that you may have some headaches getting some minor issues fixed.

A friend was driving our Q7 to MA from FL with our dog, and the last day of the trip in Newark -Elkton the car wouldn't start. That was at 6:30 am. He called Audi roadside assist and he was at the Wilmington dealership by 8:30. Although the service department was booked solid that day our service associate went the extra mile to get the car in right away. They replaced the battery, road tested it, did an inspection, washed the car and he was on his way by 11:00 which got him and our dog back to MA before dark. Truly exceptional. We are all very appreciative.

Wish I purchased one sooner.Great on fuel.comfort and style.Feel very safe in it.Roomier than it looks.Incredibly smooth ride.Would buy again.Wish it was priced lower though.

They had a 2014 Mustang I liked,traveled 1 1/2 hours to Parkesburg to see the car - glad i did ,was as advertised. Ron was a great salesman - low pressure. No hassle pricing , great after sale care. Kevin worked out some pre - sale issues for us. They gave me fair value on my trade too.

The deisel TDI , a VW design, gives plenty of. Low end power and smooth top end power to spare. It is the milage champ of high end SUV's. Great three row seating for family, sports and guests.

A nice vehicle with great quality and interior, handling, and performance that only audi has. The q7 has a nice comfortable ride and a good selections of different driving modes to fit any individual mood.

This vehicle is far superior to the other premium cars I investigated. Although a little more expensive there is certainly enough value to justify the price.

Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away

I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)

My salesperson Kyle Dunn welcomed me with test drive and detailed walk-through of features for the then just-out 2018 Audi S5 Sportback in May 2017. I liked the customer experience and their courtesy so much that I decided to secure one with deposit, and their surprisingly attractive offer for the brand new model absolutely helped with the decision. My car was just built and still in transit from Germany. Kathleen was the one who tracked and helped with the process and expedition till mid-June for pickup. Jenna finalized the deal with patience and friendliness and an attractive packages despite some complication with my financing on my end. Kathleen again demo full features of my new car before handing me the keys. I felt genuinely treated as a privileged and respected customer, and I felt they really earned my business in the right ways. I'd only hope this dealership is not such a significant drive away, but it was totally worth more than what my trip was for.

While I cannot speak for every member of their staff, I have a solid handle on how most of them conduct their business. Consumer Reports said this is one of the best SUV and after I had a test ride I agree that the Q7 is the best SUV that money can buy.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage.
