When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

Michael Pappano was our sales rep and we couldn't be more pleased. He was knowledgeable about the various models he showed us, professional, courteous and very patient. He was super helpful during the sales process and continues to be after completing the purchase. We worked with Ashley Westermark in Finance who made us feel at ease and was also extremely patient as we debated our decisions. We never felt pressured and found everything to be pretty laid back.
