It was easy to book an appointment and I was assigned a service representative. When I got there I was told my service rep was not there that day, but Ibrahim introduced himself. He listened to what I wanted to have looked at. Ibrahim took may car and invited me to wait in the customer service area. He kept me up to date on my repair and indeed, it was done in the time he expected it to be. I will request him as my advisor if I have to have another repair done. I did not buy my Audi at this location, but when I'm ready to buy another, this is the dealership I will deal with.

From the time I met my sales person, Adrian Podea until I picked up my car, he was nothing but respectful and helpful. He made sure I was up to the minute informed about all the things I was expected to do. He took me on a great test drive and made sure my car was in perfect shape when I picked it up. Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

As usual, great customer service and great service on my vehicle. Consistently a good experience from leasing my car to coming in for service. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and I always feel taken care of. I got my wife a Q3 as well and expanded my relationship with Audi.
