I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
I generally have a very skeptical view of car dealerships; however, Sewell Mini in Plano - and particularly Fred Price - have made me a believer. I live out of state and have been the worst type of buyer - wishy washy and too distracted by work to make a decision. But throughout the process Mr. Price as been extremely helpful, available for my repeated questions, and has made the car buying process an easy and comfortable experience. I seriously could not be happier. Thank you!
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
Best buying experience. RT was great, treated my like I was buying a new car. Very polite and extremely helpful. Buying a used car here also included oil change, rotating tires, filling all fluids, detailing the car including shampooing carpet, filling the gas tank and a spare key with fob. My family was so impressed that they are now buying a car for their family.
I took in a Porsche that the Porsche dealer was doing a terrible job on a minor service request, and Joaquin at Aston Martin Service fixed my problem right away. The service department at this dealership is excellent.
This place is amazing. Stars or ratings do not do justice to the experience that is Aston Martin. Joaquin is service is quite helpful and their sales department is delightful. All of their phone extensions end in 007.... Wonder why that is???
I purchased a pickup last year with Carlos Sierra and I enjoyed the customer service I receive when purchasing my truck that I’m back again. He is currently helping me find the right family suv that fits my needs. The facility is a very nice place and all the employees are all so friendly and make you feel valuable. I have recommended everyone who is interested in a vechile to Park Cities even living iut of town these people can make it happen. Thank you Carlos for the wonderful visit er service you have provided and being available every time I have a question.
You’ll never meet more friendly people than the good folks at this dealership. No high pressure sales tactics, just true professionalism and fair pricing. You’ll always leave with a smile on your face.
We bought a Hyundai from Colt Simmons last Friday . He stood by his words and we were able to close a deal with him. Car buying is very stressful, but he helped make it less stressful. I appreciate that. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning in their building was not working very well. Yet due to Colt, we were not there too long. Thanks Colt

I recently helped a family member walk through the process of purchasing a vehicle at Randall Noe Terrell. As we drove in and exited our vehicle, we were greeted by a very kind gentlemen by the name of Bobby. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and proceeded to show us just that. He didnt try to upsale us or make us feel pressured in any way. Bobby was very knowlegable about each vehicle. When we were ready to purchase a vehicle, he walked us through every step and answered A LOT of questions. Trust me, for two old ladies that were buying a vehicle for the first time by themselves, Bobby was patient and excellent. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
This was my first car buying experience and I didn't know it could be this painless. Everyone at Randall Noe Subaru was wonderful to say the least. Sam is an awesome salesman, friendly but in no way pushy at all. He answered every one of my questions. Justin the finance manager helped ease my tension even more, working with me to get the numbers right where I wanted them and really helping me understand it all in layman's terms. If this is how car buying is supposed to be I will definitely keep my business with these guys at Randall Noe Subaru. I also wanted to give a special shout out to Charis, their internet sales manager in getting me started on the path to being an extremely happy customer. Thanks!!!
I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
My service tech, Craig has been working on my cars for years now and always does a terrific job. Thank you. My 2012 Explorer had almost 100,000. Miles and had no serious problems, Craig kept the car serviced. Wanted a new Explorer 2018 and Don Rice got me into one and out the door within a short time. So service time and buying time always a nice time here
