Customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service adviser who took my appointment was very helpful and listened to each of my concerns and ensured me that the technician working on my S4 would look at each concern thoroughly and arranged for a multi point inspection due to the fact that I just recently bought the car and wanted to alleviate my concerns. I stopped by the parts department while I waited and the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful, the cashier was very friendly and helpful as well as the customer service specialist. The technician took care of all of the issues I was concerned with and I was very happy with my experience. I wish I had thought of getting the names of each person so I could thank them individually but my service appointment was February 2nd at 1pm for a NYS state inspection on a 2013 Audi S4. Not enough people take the time to write good reviews so I wanted to be one of them. Each individual I spoke to that day made sure to take the time to answer all of questions and make me feel welcome, that makes a big difference in my mind when choosing where I go for services. Thank you.

Here's the deal - we purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from the guys at West Herr Nissan Williamsville. Unfortunately, we started experiencing problems with the A/C unit in the vehicle. We took the vehicle to the dealership to have repairs done. The dealership tried to get it to work but to no avail. It went back to the dealership 5 times in the 7 months we owned the car. Long story short, the dealer was unable to fix the problem and West Herr and Nissan Corporate were absolutely awesone. It did take some paperwork and about 6 weeks but West Herr and Nissan Corporate replaced our 2015 Nissan Rogue with a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Special thanks goes out to Mike Tepfenhart, Aaron Sawyer (WestHerr) and Amberly Bradfor (Nissan Corporate) It is refreshing to know that someone stands behind their products now a day. This is our 6th nissan vehicle and I see no reason to change from them. My daughter's lease on a 2014 Nissan Sentra is coming due and we will be going back to see Mike and Aaron. If you need a new vehicle or a new used vehicle do yourself a huge favor and go look these 2 guys up. They will take good care of you and get you what you want at a price you can afford plus they have a great corporation standing behind them. I had never been to Schmitt's before, however everyone was beyond friendly and nice like I had always been a customer. From the service manager, technicians; sales associates and office personnel (when I was in the waiting area) everyone said either hello, smiled, or struck up a brief conversation. You can definitely tell they are a family owned and operated business with people who care about those who walk into their doors!

Comfortable atmosphere about the showroom and when given tour of facility. Tom Schmitt Jr. jumped right in to take care of my needs of purchasing my new VW Jetta and getting it in on a timely manner. Salesman Mark was extremely helpful in finalizing the deal and making sure that I understood all the features in the car and even welcomed me back should I have any questions about the car. Other staff members were very friendly. It's nice to know that people care about you and that your just not another person coming in to buy a car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Having owned a 2011 Audi Q7 in the past, I expected a great riding solid SUV in the re-designed Audi Q7. The interior is definitely very nice and luxurious. Controls are easy to use and the quality of materials appears to be very high. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. They sometimes don't hold you in place when taking a corner on the faster side, but they are definitely comfortable seats to sit in. Interior space is good, however I was expecting a larger trunk space in the re-designed Q7 given that a common complaint about the previous gen was the trunk space, but it is good enough for Costco trips and trips around town. The ride is smooth and quiet. Power is more than adequate. As far as the quality, my car was in the service department for about a month and a half total in the first year. First issue that caused it to be in the shop for over a week was that the paint had sap etching all over the hood and top of the car. This was the dealers fault for parking it under trees, so not an Audi specific thing. When I bought the car, the shift lever leather was scratched, so that had to be replaced. The rear bumper was out of alignment by 1-2 mm on the left side, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of the Q7's. Homelink worked for a week, then would need to be re-programmed so the entire unit had to be replaced. It was replaced and working, but it doesn't work like the original one did. Instead of being able to program it by holding your remote pointed towards the rearview mirror, I now have to go to the rear of the vehicle and get it close to the HomeLink transmitter. Not a big deal because you only do it once or twice, but it sucks that it doesn't work the way it did before the repair. The driver seat started making a clicking sound about a week after taking delivery and it never went away. I bought it up to the service dept, the service manager heard the noise for 5 minutes straight, and they ended up saying they couldn't do anything about it because it might just be a characteristic of the seat. A year later I brought it back and they finally sent it up to Audi Corporate and they replaced the entire seat frame. The clicking seems to have gone away, but they did a horrible job of putting the seat back together. Multiple items needed to be fixed included the plastic seat cover on the rear of the seat, the plastic trim on the left side of the seat, the leather had to be re-installed correctly around the headrest, plastic clips had to be re-installed correctly around the base of the headrest, and now when driving around corners I can feel the leather slipping from side to side slightly like it wasn't attached quite right to whatever it's supposed to be to keep it in place. The driver seat trim around the seat controls had to be replaced because it would squeak every time I got out of the car. The panoramic roof had to be fixed due to rattling. Headliner had to be removed twice due to rattling and in the process the headliner was scuffed up in multiple places. The car would pull to the right after only 3k miles. The tires were apparently to blame so those had to be replaced. The passenger front window rattles occasionally. The service department has taken care of most of the issues and the car itself is great to drive. So overall I'd recommend the vehicle, but with a warning that you may have some headaches getting some minor issues fixed.
