Gravity Autos Chicago review
We had an outstanding experience purchasing our GLS 450. Our salesperson Stephanie Mireles was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle without any pressure. She took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through every step of the process, and made what can often be a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. Her honesty, excellent communication, and dedication to customer service truly stood out. We are extremely happy with our purchase and grateful for the exceptional service we received. If you're looking for a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for her at Gravity Auto. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for our family!

Awesome car so far. It takes a little getting used to with The new touch screen. The ride is fabulous and this was a good step up for me. As long as I can get four sets of golf clubs in the Rear I’m happy

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. The finance gentleman was genuine and explained everything and made this buyout a favorable experience Today was a dream team experience Thank you Jeff Simpson for treating us like family
2020 Audi Q7 review
I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

carneed review
had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Indy Auto Man - Westfield review
I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Indy Auto Man! Ashton was an incredible salesperson—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Ty, the Financial Manager, was equally amazing. He explained everything clearly, made the financing process smooth and stress-free, and ensured I was comfortable with every step before signing. Together, Ashton and Ty made what is often a stressful experience enjoyable and seamless. Their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend asking for Ashton and Ty at Indy Auto Man if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive and memorable purchase!

Lexus Monterey Peninsula review
Amazing hassle free purchase!!!!!! Sales consultant Vinayagan "V" was great. He hand delivered the car to our driveway. Saved us so much time. Wonderful to work with. Ken, sales manager was the best. Made things happen and quickly from his office to our home. This was the quickest, most convenient, best service experience we have ever experienced when purchasing a car without leaving the comfort of our home. Saved everyone a lot of time with our busy schedules. Highly recommend Monterey Lexus!!!!!

Cyia was extremely helpful and pleasant. I ended up buying elsewhere at a dealership that was closer to me. It is not a reflection of anything the dealer did or didn't do. I spoke with Cyia and thanked him. He was very accepting and cordial.

Rudy Luther Toyota review
My experience with Scott Smith with Rudy Luther Toyota was top notch!! He was informative, helpful, and an overall great salesperson! The only reason we have not purchased our vehicle yet is because they are not in stock (anywhere in the metro). We got on the wait list and will be completing our purchase once it arrives.

Great Lakes Hyundai of DublinReviews
Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin review
Charles made our car-buying experience exceptionally smooth from start to finish. He quickly established rapport and was personable, genuine, and straightforward throughout the entire process. We came in having done our homework and knowing exactly what we wanted, and Charles listened, advocated for us, and helped ensure we got the vehicle we were looking for. He made the process efficient and stress-free while keeping us informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely work with Charles again for any future vehicle needs. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused sales associate.
2020 Audi Q7 review
New purchase of a 2020 Audi Q7 55 Premium Plus with Cold Wx/Warm Wx/Driver's Assistance Packages. Dealer Demo with 5Kmi. The 55 engine is impressive and responsive for a kid-hauler. I was considering a CPO 2018-2019, but the interior on the 2020 is a much better design with the new integrated screens in-dash and MMI interface. So far, the vehicle is everything that was advertised and more.

Royal Pre-Owned Super CenterReviews
Royal Pre-Owned Super Center review
My experience with royal supercenter is that the manager Keith Pratt went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I came to Mr. Pratt with a problem on my car I had financed only three months ago with royal. The gps/phone/radio Bluetooth console had completely fallen off and destroyed the console that was in there when I bought my car. The part fell apart as I was driving my car I had purchased just three months prior. I would have expected it to work since thats the way I bought it. It was working when I bought my car and I expected it to work well past only three months. So yes I am my own advocate. I am a single woman who has nobody here in tucson. I dont know my way around as I am not from here. So the thought of not having gps or phone Bluetooth made me panic. I have only been here a little over two years. and I view it like the car included this console and I expected it to work as I purchased it. Keith Pratt deserves to be commended for his exceptional customer service and consideration as well as compassion. If I owned a car lot I would be proud to have him as my employee. Good customer service is priceless. Keith saw the problem that I was having. He proposed a solution and he followed thru on the job. Yes. He deserves to be commended. He deserves a raise. He deserves a promotion. Not a pink slip.
