The team at Niello Audi are the "bomb diggity"! I worked with the Internet Sales division to buy my new A3 Cab and they were simply AWESOME! These guys tag teamed to help me out when one of them was not available, and it was seamless for me - excellent service from start to finish!

Visited Audi in Lynnwood shopping for a used car, I was met pretty shortly by a very friendly representative. They provided me with the CARFAX and vehicle maintenance report on an Audi A4 I was looking at! No pressure and vehicles are in great condition. Will be doing business with the Audi family!
My mother's X5 has been in the shop for some major repairs and she could not say enough about the great service she has received from this dealership. Her service rep. Sean Burreal was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to make sure she was happy. He explained everything in detail to make sure she understood her options. The thing she most appreciated is that he let her drive a more than comparable and reliable loan vehicle for a good two weeks while they worked on her car. These days it's not enough to just own a car from anywhere anymore, but the service that comes with it is truly the key to a successful ownership of any car. Anyone that takes care of my mother in this way deserves my attention. Plus, she absolutely demanded that I help her write this well-deserved review. For myself and my family, our future car purchases will definitely be from this specific dealer.

I have gotten multiple oil changes here, spark plugs, brakes & pads, and transmission fluid over the years. Bill the service manager always helps me out and answers all my questions. These guys do amazing work, always have service specials going on, and always go the extra mile (Noticed they put some touch up paint inside the door on a spot that was an eye sore before)! At my previous job they would pick my car up and have it dropped back off before my shift ended, can’t say enough good things about Streetsboro VW!

I had made an appt for just an oil change w/ 'Grey' on the Green team but when I arrived 40 min early, he was busy & Ben (next to him) saw me waiting, offered to write up my paperwork, & went out of his way to answer several questions he hadn't bargained for !! I ended up agreeing to go ahead & do my 60,000 mile maintenace (I was already overdue- @ 63,000- but planned that for the next time). When he offered some coupons to help defray the cost & offered a rental car so I wouldn't be trapped all afternoon, I decided to go ahead :-) Glad I did... everything went smoothly & efficiently. Ben called w/ a few "finds" & recommendations that I agreed to & the car was ready when promised w/ the flexibility to pick it up before closing. I just leave the rental @ the Dealership. Despite a $1300.00+ bill, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous & efficient. I bought my last 2 Toyotas @ Koons in Annapolis & have traveled there (from Rockville) for service til now. More out of loyalty than convenience. I think I will change locations. Thank You ! *Also nice to get it washed free !
Both Judd (aka The JUDGE) Addy and Ben Shabib were extremely professional, well versed in their respective disciplines (i.e., automobiles and accounting/finance respectively) and above all - HONEST! They made an excellent team, effectively communicating to a first time car buyer the inherent responsibilities of buying a used car and the potential financial ramifications facing a young purchaser inherent in assuming the sole ownership of a car..., and the associated DEBT. In addition, Mr. Addy and Mr. Shabib were most helpful in keeping the parents of the purchaser in the loop with respect to the evolving financing and interest rate discussions between Action Automotive and the State Employees CU of MD. In conclusion, our whole family found the entire experience of buying a used car from ACTION AUTOMOTIVE PRE OWNED CARS a very POSITIVE experience.

I was helped by Andre, and as always the experience was very professional and pleasant. I was bringing my car in for a suspected oil leak or problem. I was thrilled when he informed me I was still covered under a "pre-owned vehicle warranty" (which is due to expire at the end of the month). I had been hesitant to pay the $450 or so for the two-part test, but when he informed me I was still covered, and that the price would only be $90, I couldn't say no! The dealership is also very good about having enough loaner cars available so I never have to miss work. AND it has the best coffee machine on the planet --- better than Starbucks! Just a perk if you are dropping your car off first thing in the morning.
As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. Needless to say, every car in there was exquisite. 👍🏽Looking forward to driving my new Car off the lot very soon!!
I truly appreciate you allowing me to have a loaner for the day of service, but could you have the tech giving out the car that he might ask "are you familiar with this model?" Last service I had was a 2018 A3 whereas I come from a 2015 A4. The controls are way different !! A quick Q&A would be helpful. Peter Brandt

Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.
