My experience with online buying has been solidified; I will always use this as my #1 shopping method. My car buying experience was outstanding because of the incredible customer service of Todd Smith (Audi Swanee Mission Salesman) Todd was engaging from the moment he answered my sales call. He wanted to understand my requests and how he could facilitate my desire.
I was a very demanding customer and with 2 weeks of negotiating without a commitment it didn't deter Todd; he continued being just as committed to serving my needs. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a decision to buy, Todd suffered an unexpected
emergency but during a critical moment in his life he gave thought to me by passing my case to his Sales Manager (Taz Good) who continued with the same, non-pressure and outstanding customer service. I agreed to buy the vehicle and Taz found me a better interest rate than my 20 year credit union.
Well, the buying experience was done but I needed the expensive Audi A8L that I purchased 'sight unseen' to be shipped. Todd and Taz made the connection that ensured my vehicle was shipped in a timely manner and it was.
The Audi Swanee Mission team is outstanding and if I am ever in Kansas that will be one of my first stops. This is an outstanding team.

I have known Alex at Platinum Autohaus for about 20yrs and have bought multiple cars from he and his staff. What I really appreciate is the ease with which they make this process. Where do I begin?! This being my first time ever purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet 😅). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! 👏🏻 Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Always a consistent, reliable, and pain-free experience to get my Audi serviced at Byers. I have a hectic work schedule and was over 1 hour late to my last service appointment, and no issue at all - shuttle service was A+, and they finished much earlier, which was tremendously helpful for the rest of my day. My A4 is getting older, higher miles etc. and I often consider replacing it just to avoid the hassle and cost of repairs/maintenance, but honestly Byers takes such good care of myself and my car- plus they wash & clean it, I see no reason to replace, I feel like I get the same service & treatment as someone with a brand new Audi. A++++
I have gotten multiple oil changes here, spark plugs, brakes & pads, and transmission fluid over the years. Bill the service manager always helps me out and answers all my questions. These guys do amazing work, always have service specials going on, and always go the extra mile (Noticed they put some touch up paint inside the door on a spot that was an eye sore before)! At my previous job they would pick my car up and have it dropped back off before my shift ended, can’t say enough good things about Streetsboro VW!
Not being from the area and just getting a pre-inspection done on a vehicle I was considering to purchase, Doug, Maggie and the service Tech made me feel like I was a customer there for years. What a crew. This is how all dealerships should be. You are very fortunate to have these employees. I will gladly recommend your dealership to anyone I meet along the way. We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.

I had made an appt for just an oil change w/ 'Grey' on the Green team but when I arrived 40 min early, he was busy & Ben (next to him) saw me waiting, offered to write up my paperwork, & went out of his way to answer several questions he hadn't bargained for !! I ended up agreeing to go ahead & do my 60,000 mile maintenace (I was already overdue- @ 63,000- but planned that for the next time). When he offered some coupons to help defray the cost & offered a rental car so I wouldn't be trapped all afternoon, I decided to go ahead :-) Glad I did... everything went smoothly & efficiently. Ben called w/ a few "finds" & recommendations that I agreed to & the car was ready when promised w/ the flexibility to pick it up before closing. I just leave the rental @ the Dealership. Despite a $1300.00+ bill, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous & efficient. I bought my last 2 Toyotas @ Koons in Annapolis & have traveled there (from Rockville) for service til now. More out of loyalty than convenience. I think I will change locations. Thank You ! *Also nice to get it washed free !
Overall what you would expect from an Audi dealership. I would have rated this place 5-stars across the board in years past, however, on my past service visit I was surprised how difficult it was to get someone's attention once I parked my vehicle in the service area, I wasn't greeted by anyone and had to find someone to acknowledge my presence. The service techs also somehow missed a pretty bad bulge in one of my tires that probably came from a pot hole. Not sure how they missed it since they rotated and balanced my tires as a part of the service and I also had my car washed and detailed. It was so bad that the service rep caught it the second he looked at my car when I came to pick it up before they gave me the keys. Thankfully he caught it and I was able to get the tire replaced, but this of course made me question the thoroughness of the entire 10,000-mile inspection. Hopefully my next visit is a 5-star experience as I had usually had in the past at this dealership!
I contacted CherryHill Imports Salesperson-George Chuwueze regarding information on a 2018 Porsche Panamera 4. George was extremely helpful and Knowledgeable from the start. He made sure the entire transaction was pleasurable and all my questions & concerns were addressed. Finance Director- Jenna Dubois was also very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I received the best Interest Rate available. She also made sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely tell my friends in the market for a vehicle, "Give George a call and he's make sure you get the best deal available". Thanks Again for a Job Well Done!
It all happened so quickly! Our daughter is turning 17 in March. Her dream car... A White Audi A3. After a web search we found the perfect one for her. This brought us to Jack Daniels Audi Dealer in Paramus to see for ourselves. Guess what?! The car was perfect. It seemed as if it was waiting for just her! That afternoon we were introduced to a professional, knowledgeable and most helpful sales person, Ralph. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable. Ralph took his time with us and answered our million questions with ease and confidence. He took us for a test drive and even had my daughter practice driving in a safe open lot. (She has her permit) The next day we brought my husband back to the dealer...to our surprise, he agreed to this purchase! We have a very happy girl. :) Most importantly we feel at ease knowing that Brooke will be driving a very safe car. Needless to say, we will be back in the near future, as I would now like a new Audi for myself. We highly recommend this dealership; everyone made us feel extremely welcomed. Awesome experience! I have had many cars over the last 10 years of having my license as cars are truly an obsession of mine. I had looked around for a couple months on and off at a few dealerships and while bringing my moms Q3 in for service, I decided to check out the Jetta GLI. My sales consultant, Alan Cantor, approached me and pulled no wild high pressure tactics. I spent a lot of time with Alan over the last week discussing pricing and options that fit my budget as well as just having normal human conversation. Alan was helpful, responsive and professional and not once did I feel that "I'm being taken advantage by a pushy car salesman" feeling, I felt mutual respect. I truely was able to get the full feel of my GLI before purchasing it as I was taken on a 45 minute informative test drive. Alan also leased my sister her 2012 Jetta 5 years ago which she loved so much she bought it off the lease (I love it too that's why I considered one for myself) This is my families 5th vehicle from legend (3 Audis and 2 VWs) and each time we were treated very well. No pressure no rushing no abuse like many other dealerships. For the last 8 years of being associated with Legend, the service department is always quick and the advisor Dawn always provides extremely enthusiastic friendly service. I first went to another Audi dealership in N. Miami, FL...was NOT welcoming and I never saw the sales manager during my interaction with the salesman...made me feel my money wasn't good enough and they didn't even budge $0.00 on their price~~but then I drove back to Audi Ft. Lauderdale---the exact opposite! They were welcoming at the door, salesman was quick to ask what I was looking for-and soon, was test driving a Q5. Please- Please,, if you're looking for a GREAT dealership, service, and friendly people-who know the product and willing to deal---GO to Audi of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Not sure why I can't change my previous review directly, but I will update wit a new one. I was contacted by the Service Director and we re-scheduled my service for today. Everything was flawless, was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of my service advisor, Justin Holt. If this dealership keeps this high standard of service, they might become one of the best in North Dallas. Thank you, guys!
