I went in initially because my 10-year-old A4 (which I loved!) needed some repairs. Unfortunately, it didn’t make sense $-wise, so I decided to get the Q3 instead! Love it! Matthew was a great help, and fun to test ride with as he’s a former race car driver! Also, Billy in service is a rock star too!

Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta several years ago). Shaun Camay called us back in a matter of hours - he had located the exact car I wanted! We worked out the financial details for trading in my Audi and financing the new one in a couple more hours and we were all set! My son and I drove to Marietta (we live in FL) over the Labor Day weekend and the car and Shaun were waiting for us. Besides being happy to see my son, the staff were wonderful to me and treated my like their mom, as well. The paperwork went quickly, the intro to the car was smoothly conducted and we were ready to go. It was actually the most fun I've ever had buying a car! We laughed, kidded about their temporary "trailer park" office, traded stories about our cars and promised to meet up before we headed home. I can't thank you all enough. Now, both of my cars (2006 Passat 3.6, which I bought from my son, and new Q5 Audi) are from Jim Ellis Marietta!!
Audi Brand Specialist Joshua Patterson is the consummate gentleman-salesman. Now granted, yes: a salesman wants to sell you a car - so you would safely assume they'll be polite, solicitous, "whatever it takes." But within two minutes of meeting him I explained, plainly, that "I'm not buying today; this is the beginning of my research and 'hunt.'" /// He didn't bat an eye, didn't pressure. /// Instead, he spent close to a full hour with me, answering every question (including the "lame" ones), and proceeded to walk me out into pouring rain, holding an umbrella over me, so I could sit in one of the vehicles and comb over it. (This, while he stood outside under his own umbrella while I examined the interior.) /// (Personal note: Joshua, I'm sorry if I talked your ear off. Thank you for your patience.) /// All that said, it's that style of consideration and approach to actually conversing with and hearing the concerns a potential customer that gets a customer like me back into the showroom. And, if I settle on an Audi and we can come to agreement on price and other terms, you can be sure I'll give my business to Mr. Patterson.
Both Judd (aka The JUDGE) Addy and Ben Shabib were extremely professional, well versed in their respective disciplines (i.e., automobiles and accounting/finance respectively) and above all - HONEST! They made an excellent team, effectively communicating to a first time car buyer the inherent responsibilities of buying a used car and the potential financial ramifications facing a young purchaser inherent in assuming the sole ownership of a car..., and the associated DEBT. In addition, Mr. Addy and Mr. Shabib were most helpful in keeping the parents of the purchaser in the loop with respect to the evolving financing and interest rate discussions between Action Automotive and the State Employees CU of MD. In conclusion, our whole family found the entire experience of buying a used car from ACTION AUTOMOTIVE PRE OWNED CARS a very POSITIVE experience.
We bought a pre-owned Mercedes E350 4Matic from Manheim Imports. Salesman Greg was helpful and professional. The car still needs few things (extra key, floor mat, and some fixing) that they agreed to complete. We are very satisfied so far. We recommend this dealership highly.
I first went to another Audi dealership in N. Miami, FL...was NOT welcoming and I never saw the sales manager during my interaction with the salesman...made me feel my money wasn't good enough and they didn't even budge $0.00 on their price~~but then I drove back to Audi Ft. Lauderdale---the exact opposite! They were welcoming at the door, salesman was quick to ask what I was looking for-and soon, was test driving a Q5. In September of 2005, I purchased my cherished red 993 cabriolet with 62K miles on the clock for $34000. I kept that car and traded it in at Flemington Porsche to John Rachmiel in Sept 2015 with 65K miles and got $42,000 toward the purchase of a lovely yellow 991 cab. My dad, who passed in January 2016, lamented when I traded the 993 and I soon regretted the decision too. Fast forward to Sept 2018. My mom passed on 9/2 and I took some time off to heal the loss of a second parent. For some reason, I did something that I NEVER do.....I checked Flemington???s used car webpage. Low and behold, my treasured 993 had JUST been traded back into the dealer a couple of days earlier. I immediately contacted my trusted sales advisor, John Rachmiel, explained the situation and the sentimental nature of getting this car back. He immediately worked with Scott Herbert and we were able to work out a very favorable deal to get the car back to me about one week later, once it had cleared the shop. The car now has 67, 500 on it.....just 5,000 more than when I bought it in 2005 and the prior caretaker had just invested $6,000 in maintenance and $2,000 in a clear bra on the car. I got the car back for just under $50,000. I made out well thanks to John and Scott who were more interested in getting the car back to me than making a quick buck......something for which I will be forever appreciative. And to close the loop, I was able to quickly put them in touch with a buyer for the lovely E550 benz I traded and as a reward for that, a gratis oil change and brake fluid flush in the Spring for the 993. So happy.
As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were very warm-hearted, welcoming me with complimentary coffee and conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. Needless to say, every car in there was exquisite. 👍🏽Looking forward to driving my new Car off the lot very soon!!
I recently brought my car in to be serviced and was quickly and warmly greeted by Janet Sukhram. She gracefully walked me through the servicing process answering all of my questions and addressing my service needs. While inspecting my car she noticed my rear bumper was dented. The dent was already scheduled to be fixed at a shop around the corner which would require another trip back on a later date. Janet immediately offered to handle the issue on-site and contacted her body shop manager (Corrado) to provide an estimate of work to my insurance agent. Janet's proactive approach to service exceeded my expectations and saved me a lot of time by consolidating my trips. OUTSTANDING WORK Janet & Team! Definitely deserving of a 5 STAR rating +++
Best car buying experience ever! My husband Joseph arrived earlier than expected yesterday at Audi Dealership only to be warmly welcomed by the new General Manager Jeff Spilsbury (who has just started two days ago). Jeff immediately gave me the privilege of working with a true professional salesman Howard Rabkin. Not only did they give us top dollar for our trade , they also gave us a great deal our new 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350. They had a great selection of pre owned used vehicles on their front line of their used car lot.I also must give special thanks to Cameron the product specialist who on this hot 100 degree day help me set up my new vehicle,as well as clean out my trade in.I would also like to give a shout out to the Service Department Manager John Lynch for pulling off a last minute request on my end of fresh oil change(which the dealership gave me as a thank you present) John the Finance Manager worked very hard to give us the best rate possible and and he lets us go to the mall shopping while he was preparing our paperwork and called us when it was our turn to finalize the deal so we literally done in less than 15 minutes.THIS IS WHAT I CALL FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!! I have had many cars over the last 10 years of having my license as cars are truly an obsession of mine. I had looked around for a couple months on and off at a few dealerships and while bringing my moms Q3 in for service, I decided to check out the Jetta GLI. My sales consultant, Alan Cantor, approached me and pulled no wild high pressure tactics. I spent a lot of time with Alan over the last week discussing pricing and options that fit my budget as well as just having normal human conversation. Alan was helpful, responsive and professional and not once did I feel that "I'm being taken advantage by a pushy car salesman" feeling, I felt mutual respect. I truely was able to get the full feel of my GLI before purchasing it as I was taken on a 45 minute informative test drive. Alan also leased my sister her 2012 Jetta 5 years ago which she loved so much she bought it off the lease (I love it too that's why I considered one for myself) This is my families 5th vehicle from legend (3 Audis and 2 VWs) and each time we were treated very well. No pressure no rushing no abuse like many other dealerships. For the last 8 years of being associated with Legend, the service department is always quick and the advisor Dawn always provides extremely enthusiastic friendly service. Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.
Excellent overall experience! I was greeted very quickly upon arrival. My car was servi ced very well and quickly. Very fair place to get your Audi serviced. Beautiful new dealership. Highly recommend!!
