Incredible service continues after the deal.

Shortly after leasing a new Q-5, my wife and I felt a bit confused by the endless tech options and features. We wanted to maximize our use of the Q-5 but couldn't really figure out how to best use the tech. That's when I recalled that sales guru Rich Gouhin mentioned that his tech expert, Kyle Andes, would be a happy to do a free, personalized tech lesson/tour. We accepted and found ourselves back at the dealership at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Kyle was already at his desk and warmly greeted us--before getting down to business. Patient yet efficient, he explained all of the tech features in a simple way. In so doing, Kyle saved us hours of time. We found Kyle knowledgeable and candid, with a good sense of humor. After his one hour class, we felt more comfortable taking advantage of the tech. If anything confounds in the future, Kyle says to simply call or text him. My wife and I were most impressed that Kyle's, Rich's, and Audi of Charlotte's top-notch service continues even after the deal is done. Highly recommend.
