We were extremely impressed with the dealer, from the facilities to the staff to the service. I would not hesitate to either return or recommend this dealer. We have owned six BMWs and can honestly say that this is by far the best experience we have had with BMW.
I've done business with Parker Audi since they opened and have been very pleased in product, service, and response to my needs. They know how to run a dealership and the results show it. Plus the Audi is the finest auto I've ever driven.
Couldn't agree more with other reviewers... Lou was great to work with. He made the whole experience, which I usually dread, painless, fun, and very informative. He listened to what I wanted and provided all the information I needed to make a good decision, at a great price. I am very happy with my new A3!
I walked into Volkswagen to see what resale cars they had. I was in the market for a used car for my son (his first car), and wanted to buy a safe car for him, but not brand new. I was lucky enough to find they had a 2013 Tiguan for sale, that had just come off a 3 year lease, with just over 37,000 miles. I myself have a 2013 Toureg that I am very happy with. I met with a salesman named Rueben, and from the start, he was polite, attentive, and knowledgable about this Tiguan. I took it for a test drive and sat down to discuss price. I didn't have too much time, so I ended up going back the next day. I also met with Rob Hoffman, who is a new manager running the store for the last couple of months. Long story short, I bought the car! It was a pleasure to deal with both Rob, and Rueben and I am considering going back to get another car when my current Toureg lease is up! :)
This was my first purchase from Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River, and my fourth Audi vehicle. It did not disappoint! I purchased a new 2018 Audi Q7. I worked with both Will Giarusso and Matt Siderio, who were both tremendously professional, polite, and attentive. Will went above and beyond ??? locating the specific vehicle, delivering the vehicle to me, staying after hours, etc. Overall, a positive and first-rate experience!

I was a cash buyer but had kind of a hard ???unicorn??? hunt after trips to every Nissan dealer in 50 miles of metro Detroit I was encountering no one who wanted to help me track down the specific/make/model & trim package my husband wanted (which I wanted to surprise gift him) absolutely everyone else sales people/dealership GM???s extra just wanted me to take what they had in stock that the wanted to sell finally in frustration I went online & asked my contact list if anyone had a contact that could actually try to get one of 3 cars I???d indentified at out of state dealerships ??? a former owner of a Nissan dealership himself pointed me to Brian & his associate Scott. I emailed telling them my disappointments in locating this vehicle & they said come on in & let???s try to make this surprise gift happen. I was so grateful I was will to accept anything treatment-wise ??? so imagine my surprise & happinesses to arrive at a modern, clean well maintained dealership & be graciously helped by everyone one (3 other sales people who didn???t try to sell me anything but directed me to Brian, got me seated & with a cold beverage while he finished with another customer. Scotte came & met me & tracked the VIN #???s I had, the GM came over to be introduced & a charming salesman Christopher talked cars with me while the other out of state dealership managers were contacted to be negotiated with. To say it was my very best dealership experience in 50 years is to under sell the difference between Brian & his team and the 8 dealerships I went to. I would recommend Brian, Scotte & Chris highly but absolutely everyone I encountered I would be willing to work with in the future. So if you hate how other dealerships treat you when you try to buy what you want & give them you hard earned money then you should definitely come here where they understand who is the customer; ai???m a Realtor so I appreciate great customer aervice! (Oh & I should mention, I didn???t realize it was month end the day I was in & still no one acted like the couldn???t be bothered because my deal wouldn???t be closed by end of day; no one said or acted like ???come back later???.).
I worked with Jimmy, who was absolutely awesome! We looked at several cars, very nice ones, then Jimmy said, O, and there's this other one. I'd forgotten about it. Wouldn't you know, that one turned out to be MY car. It's perfect for me. I absolutely LOVE it! But I am a little sad. I live out of state, drove in especially to work with Jimmy in buying a car. I had such an enjoyable experience at Autobarn, that I feel sad they are so far away, too far for me to take my car in for service, too far to drop in and say, Hi, Thanks for the Awesome Car!. So I guess I will say it here: Thank You, Jimmy, you took wonderful car of me and you matched me with the perfect car. You probably don't know Jimmy. He's a fun, dark-haired, blue-eyed Swede that loves his job because he adores the cars he sells and likes the ambiance at Autobarn. He's a no pressure kind of guy (maybe an oxymoron for a car salesman) and genuinely seems to care about his customers. If you are in the market for a new or used Volvo, go see Jimmy at Autobarn. Tell him Anna from Michigan sent you. He won't remember - but actually he might. When I decide the time is right for another car, you can bet I'm going to call Autobarn and ask for Jimmy. What can I say?? I have an awesome car!!!
I drove an hr and a half and without a hesitation. The vehicle was priced the best in the area and I got an extra set of snow tires with rims as a bonus. Thanks again Joe and Champagne motors it truely was a pleasure. See you guys soon!!!
My wife and I came to Champagne Motorcar Company today and purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey with the help of Joe.
I can honestly say that this car buying experience was the best that I have ever had. I was not followed around the dealership, I was not talked to like I knew nothing about the process, and there simply was no pressure.
In today's day and age most of the car buying process is started online. I had been looking for over a month and when I found this vehicle I knew it wouldn't last. It is refreshing to have a dealer in the area that is fair and treats people with respect. We even traded in our current vehicle, and we were offered exactly what I asked for it. No haggling, no back and forth with a manager, just a good process.
Joe made the process extremely comfortable and was very attentive to our time. Kevin the finance manager was straight to the point, and attentive as well.
I was pleasantly surprised when Joe said that they would deliver the car to us as well! Mind you we live about 45 minutes away.
Champagne Motorcar Company is a diamond in the rough. I will be recommending this dealership when anyone asks me where to look for a quality vehicle and I look forward to making my next vehicle purchase here when the time comes.
Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.
After driving the Jeep Cherokee Summit line for the last 20 years, we decided to make a change. Looked at 8 different SUV's in the mid-size class and ultimately came back to our first stop in Hoffman Estates for the Q7. Love the car. The only minor disappointment is that it does not have remote start due to German legal issues. Did not realize it when we were looking at cars as we thought it was a given that all cars had it these days. Nicolette did a great job in helping us find/decide what we wanted and Eddie sure knows how to design cars! Ours is way cool with the black optics package.
The staff are very helpful and they explain everything clearly. The reason that I like and respect this facility is that the staff don't force customers to buy things that are not necessary yet.
When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.
Euro vans are hard to work on and have difficult electronics. Two other VW repair shops were unable to fix the steering angle sensor re-program glitch. Auto Nation stayed overtime and worked until the problem was solved. They certainly went the extra mile.
