My Maserati GT was hydrolocked in May and understandably, it took a lot of time from insurance and hassle to get my engine replaced.
Through all the trouble, their service manager, Gabe Casanova, made the experience tolerable. After initial delay with the insurance company, Gabe took his time to go through the whole process and explain in details what is to happen once the insurance approves my repair; I even got a chance to tour their service area which was very cool.
He personally contacted my insurance company to facilitate the process. And repair went as he delineated. Then there was a minor miscommunication w my insurance re: supplements. He took over my case and personally made sure that I was satisfied w my repair ans beyond. His attentiveness to not only my car’s repair but also to my customer service experience is what make him a great service manager and what sets this place apart from other Ferrari-Maserati dealership/service center.
I hope I dont have to come back here for another car problem but if I have to, i will gladly make my drive from Miami Beach to this place.
Quality work. Super customer service provided by the manager. Cant beat that.
I first went to another Audi dealership in N. Miami, FL...was NOT welcoming and I never saw the sales manager during my interaction with the salesman...made me feel my money wasn't good enough and they didn't even budge $0.00 on their price~~but then I drove back to Audi Ft. Lauderdale---the exact opposite! They were welcoming at the door, salesman was quick to ask what I was looking for-and soon, was test driving a Q5. Please- Please,, if you're looking for a GREAT dealership, service, and friendly people-who know the product and willing to deal---GO to Audi of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Would like to mention: Gill & Abass-sales, David & Christopher-sales mgrs. and James(Jim) business mgr.....Terry-GM, You have a GREAT team and atmosphere at your dealership!! ~~LOVE my new Q5~~

Excellent customer service. Renee was referred to me by a friend and he was super cool. No pressure to buy. He just showed me around the dealership, let me test drive a 488 and explained the options that were available to me. Five months later I'm picking up a new custom 2018 Ferrari 488 GTB, delivered straight from Italy (it takes 5 months to build). If you are ready to buy and want a relaxed and enjoyable experience, this is the place to go.

For the first time had a great car buying experience. This dealership tells you exactly what their fees are and what your out of the door price is. No shady numbers or hidden fees. Furthermore the sales staff and management were very friendly and HONEST. We recently bought at 2016 Chevy and both the sales representatives that helped us were excellent. Maria Zapata (Client Service Manager) quickly responded to my initial inquiry and provided me with the information I requested. Wilberto Rodriguez was there to greet us and facilitated our test drive. Wilberto was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Jose "Pepo" Gonzalez completed the sale and was also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Joshua Gonzalez (sales manager) and David Martinez (finance manager) provided us with exceptional service and complimented the overall process. Already recommended them to my friends. 5 stars on follow up after the sale!

If I had one word to describe this car, it would be "FUN". It's a joy to drive and a pleasure to own. Get ready to be the envy of everyone you come in contact with when driving this work of art.
I want to give a headsup for Luis Pagani. He is on top of the service of my car and follows up and makes things very pleasant. Also Richard the manager is great and want to give them thumbs up.

This car is not only beautiful but exhilarating to drive. The pure sound and experience of driving this car made it all worth it. In addition to it being only 1 of 320 in the USA and only 1 of 999 in the world you can’t go wrong with the R8RWS
I love the Audi R8 from the start. This car defiantly turns head and it’s a great mixture of a super car with German and Italian design. You have the reliability of German with Italian influence. This car is a sister car to a Lamborghini Diablo.
This car meet all of my needs, and I didnt have to empty out my wallet. I was able to use it for 3 years without any problems, gas was relatively fair.
Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle out of state.
I worked with Carlos Figueroa on the transaction and he was great! Communication was prompt, negotiations went smoothly, he helped arrange the Pre-Purchase Inspection and shipping out of state. The vehicle was shipped very quickly!
Overall, a very pleasant purchase experience!
