Not the most reliable car but it is the most fun.

Enthusiast car for driving everyday.
I am a car guy and I take car purchases very seriously. A car for me is more than just getting from point a to point B. I had my previous car for 11 years and it was going to take a lot to get me out of my 2004 sob 93 Aero with Apr stage 1. I was unimpressed with the styling and performance of the new A3 but when I read my first review of the 2015 S3 everything changed. I had to drive this car it might be the one. It has actually been the most reliable vehicle I?ve ever owned and I enjoy every moment of the experience. The handling is amazingly flat. The power broad. And the upgraded sound system is always a thrill. The transmission is a mixed bag. It is super fast on the shifts but there?s some problem I can?t quite identify? Not enough to lessen my enjoyment. I don?t see anything on the horizon that could pry me out of this car and less it?s a next generation of my wonderful S3. A friend of mine once told me that you know you made a great choice when you walk away from your car and can?t resist turning around to take a look at it. Every time I walk away? I turn around.

He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!
