Robert Ward was exceptional in all ways. When I arrived at the dealership, the paperwork was completed and ready to sign. He went over what was to be completed and had a Lyft auto ready to take me back to my residence for the estimated 4 hour-plus repair work.
A video (nice touch) was sent to me from the mechanic working on the car, showing me areas that were reviewed and explaining what was going to be the focus of the visit about 10 minutes after I arrived at the residence. Perfect timing. When the car was ready, I received a call from Robert informing me of the status and we agreed on a time to be picked up by a Lyft driver.
When I got back to the dealership, Robert went through the paperwork with me and arranged for my car to be brought forward. Felt really pampered by the exquisite team at Denver Audi and Robert's attention to details. Great experience. It doesn't get any better than that.
