I have really enjoyed the 2018 S5 Sportback. Great car with comfort, power, safety features, and cutting edge technology. This is overall the most competent car I’ve ever owned. Have over 17k on it right now. No problems at all and the only slight complaint I have is the fact I’ll have to replace the tires soon. I’ll just change from the Continental tires with no mileage warranty to Michelin tires with a 30k warranty. Hey, but what do you expect with a car that will run high 12’s from the factory. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for an F150 all over town and then came across Koons. The communication was fantastic, Tom the General Sales Manager reached out via text, he was able to narrow down the vehicle, the specifics, and the payment before I came in, huge convenience! Derek the sales consultant helped with the paper work and test drive and Will the finance manager made the finance part quick and easy. Nice car inside out, powerful engine, nice handling, the transmission trashed the car and all the good work. Be aware the transmission performance deteriorates with time, feels like a torque converter slip, lag in shifts, and unnecessary upshift, slow shifter as well. Navigation lacks street names - stereo keeps going to default settings - gas mileage not close to promised due to transmission - excessive brakes dust - voice command was better in the 2017 s5 - rear cupholder useless- transmission can be reset and then few weeks later gradually same issue. Anyone that reviewed the car drove it like a race car where its hard to notice - car drives awful on a stop and go especially when the auto engine shutoff keeps turning the motor off and then you have 3k RPM takeoff to keep up with a minivan, driving normal is very frustrating - Very SAD

This week I returned to Carbiz to purchase a used vehicle. The vehicle I bought back in 2010 was no longer suiting my needs and I felt it was time for an upgrade. First off, the vehicle I had purchased 5 1/2 years ago from them performed way beyond my expectations. The vehicle I purchased was an '03 Nissan 350z. I was skeptical at first purchasing a used sports car from someone I didn't know. I didn't know anything about the history of the car, how it was used, how it was maintained, and literally in the dark about it. Carbiz eased my fears and I went ahead and purchased it. Well I can say now that I have no regrets buying the Z from Carbiz. Skip to 2016! I was looking to replace my car with something newer. After a week or so of shopping online for a new car, I remembered the great experience I had at Carbiz a few years back. So I returned to Carbiz.com to see what they had in stock. I can tell you I wasn't surprised to see they still maintain a large inventory of great new cars. Superb selection is more fitting! I decided to pay them a visit. As soon as I pulled onto their lot, I was surrounded by a large number of awesome cars! The selection of vehicles is diverse. From the everyday car to the elite. Whatever you are looking for, more than likely they have it. I had my mind set on purchasing another Nissan. Didn't take me long to find the exact car I had in mind. I met Carbiz salesman Fred Alston and we discussed the different Nissans on the lot. Once I saw the white 2013 Nissan Maxima, I knew I needed to know more about the car. Fred was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car itself. Didn't take long for me to decide to take a test drive. This car looked brand new even though it was 4 years old and had 34K+ miles on it. I was sold on the vehicle half way into the test drive. Once back into the dealership Fred started the paperwork. I had all the answers I needed about the history of the vehicle itself, as well as the credit approval within 15 minutes! (Thanks again Fred!). After the preliminary paperwork was started I was handed off to Myron Boyd for the processing of the paperwork. Myron had all the answers to any question I had asked. After a few signatures I was the proud owner of my new-used car! I returned to the dealership the next day with a few more questions and met Brian Schriver, the Sales manager. Everyone I met at Carbiz made me feel like I was part of the "family". Another great experience at CARBIZ!!! I was impressed the first time, and the second time was even better! You can't go wrong here. I would not hesitate to return in the future. It's obvious they go to great lengths to bring top notch used cars to one location. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Their is definitely something for everyone here. Make Carbiz your first choice when looking for that special vehicle you have in mind.

The S5 is quick, capable, and achieves a near-perfect balance of luxury comfort and sporting passion. It's an extremely well-rounded driving experience. I've also dreamed of owning Sepang Blue Pearl since I first saw it in 2011, and it lives up to those dreams in every way.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I was in the market for a used luxury/sporty car. I was looking at BMW, Mercedes primarily. Audi was not even on my radar. And, while I was somewhat flexible I was definitely not going to get a white car or a convertible. In a few days, I am picking up my white S5 Prestige convertible, with red/black interior. Where I live, mercs and BMWs are everywhere. Well, I went to the dealer to look at a Benz E 350. And there it was. This white Audi S5 convertible, top down. Red/black interior screaming to be seen. I test drove it up to the mountains. I hit the gas and scared the heck out of my wife and salesman. With the top down, doing 50, we could talk normally. This car totally blew me away. Can't wait to come out in the morning and see it sitting in my garage.

In my experience with Criswell Audi Pre-Owned, and their Sales Manager Alan Hannon and Salesperson Al Mayas, provides an overall ownership rather making the customer feel they are just selling cars. Alan and Al operated as a team to work through selecting the right pre-owned Audi within our requirements, desires, and budget. If my salesperson, Al Mayas, was not immediately available I was given Alan Hannon's direct number to discuss any questions I had prior to the sale. When it came time to finalize the sales transaction Al ensured it would go as quickly as possible upon my arrival at the dealership by having the car cleaned and prepped, the paperwork ready, and having arranged with Finance to get everything processed. Then, Al spent as much time as I wanted going over all functions of the car (including all menus in the MMI, setting up the cell phone and directory, and getting the Sat Radio activated). Al followed up the next day to check on things, had the dealership call again within the first week, and then called a few weeks later to ensure all was still going well. A month later I stopped in the dealership and Alan Hannon asked again how things are going, and did I need any additional "tutorials" on the car functions within the MMI; and actually wanted to check the menu settings to make sure it really was set-up the way I wanted it to be. I bought a 2013 A5 Quattro, but the level of customer service and desire to ensure I was having a true ownership experience is usually reserved at other dealerships I have experienced on newer, more expensive vehicles. So, this is why I'm happy and consider Criswell to be providing an overall ownership experience.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love this car. I owned (2) 2012 Prestige S5 convertibles (shame on me) with transmission problems on both of them. (I am 65 and not an aggressive driver) when I was told that the 2nd Transmission repair would be $6,500.00 to repair by Audi (they would warranty repair not complete transmission) I said goodbye Audi
