I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Great team with excellent customer service. I have previously owned BMW/Mercedes, and most recently Audi from another local dealer. '22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

I love this car, i previously own a Range Rover what a nightmare, was not worth the money, problems with car/dealership... I decided to go back to audi after researching many other cars in the same price range and found this SQ5 to be the best deal for the money..

The root cause of the problem my car was having was found quickly. Service manager kept me informed of.progress. Repair finished ahead of promised time. This is not the dealer nearest me and it is worth going a bit further for trustworthy service.

Overall experience was fantastic, and we hate buying cars! The price got us in the door, but we were impressed with the staff, especially Will who got right out to the lot to greet us and was with us through the whole process. Excellent customer service and there were no hidden fees, and we left with a full tank of fuel, an oil change, and a freshly cleaned car. Thanks Will!
