She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!

David Jones is friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and worked to put together a good deal for me. I feel that he was very straightforward, which I like. I traded in my A4. It was a car that I liked so much, I replaced it with a newer A4. I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership.
I've purchased Jaguars all over the country......Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami.....and never has the process been as friendly and efficient as Chattanooga Jaguar. I live in Illinois, contacted Josh Smith and he took care of every detail.....the car was ready for me to pick up....the financing all arranged except for my signature......he spent half an hour going over the XJ's features.....and I was on my way home!!!!.....and I also confess to being a bit on the cheap side and I can tell you that the very competitive pricing was the determining factor in choosing Chattanooga Jaguar! You simply can't make a mistake by dealing with them and I have never been treated as well as by Josh Smith!!

We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
