Mark Landy sells Audi

2009 Mark sold me a new A4 Cabriolet. I loved it.
2012 Mark sold me a new TT Roadster. I loved it.
2017 Mark sold me a new 2018 Q3 SUV. I love it.
I like it when I meet pro career people. It draws me to my grocer, my favorite restaurants, realtors, pharmacy, medical providers... get it? Mark Landy is serious. He fixes things that are not his personal responsibility. He wants 100% satisfaction. I am 100% HAPPY with my Audi and Minneapolis Audi. Service department is excellent. EVERYONE is greeted with a sincere smile. No one walks away until your mission is started. The place is clean and comfortable. The coffee is 100% perfect. I am a coffee fussbudget. The coffee did not just happen. I don’t want to sit in front of a TV. I want a view of nature and bit of fresh air (location).
I want Mark Landy to like his job. That means his boss must treat him well. I know when there is a not so good boss in the house. This applies to service.
I have had good, bad, and ugly car experience: Volvo, Saab, VW, Chrysler, Toyota, and Lexus. I have learned about car stores by serving them as my customers. Treat me me good or bad, I don’t forget.
Minneapolis Audi is perfection. EVERYONE in the building is good to me.
