The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Received a special coupon for 4 wheel alignment and check suspension. Very good service finished when promised while I waited. They always accept service special coupons.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

After my wife picked up her 2007 BMW Z4 and we were driving home it dawned on me how relaxed I was. I have never been so relaxed after purchasing a vehicle. I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

When you live in a smaller market, sometimes you have to cast a wide net to find the vehicle you want. For many people, COVID has introduced them to remote negotiation/car buying, but out of necessity, I've done it for years. I've been to Chicago and Dallas, and this was my second purchase from the MSP area. My recent experience with Westside VW is right at the top of the list in terms of any of them. Having bought a boat, I was in need of a new tow vehicle, and after some research selected a used Touareg TDI to fill that need. Negotiating with several dealerships across the midwest/north central US, Chris Palmer at Westside VW quickly proved himself as the one who would "win" the business. We negotiated pricing with a trade-in via email, continuing over a day he was out of the store. We arrived on an agreeable "range" that made sense for me to drive up (4 hrs) to finalize the agreement. In the end, I was pleased when it fell on my "side" of that range. (Word to the wise, it pays to take care of your cars and to tidy them up a little, when it's time to sell or trade. A car is not a dining room.) Chris introduced sales consultant Jeramiah Domino into the process, and he picked up right where Chris left off. We looked over the Touareg, while Chris was evaluating the trade, determined our final arrangement, and completed the ppwk smoothly. In at 10:30 and on the road home before noon, and could have been sooner without a little prep and fuel fill. Chris, Jeramiah, and everyone else I encountered were friendly, competent, and professional.
