Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. Christian and Leo made sure all of our concerns were addressed. ABZ went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. This car is so smooth and quiet I forget many times that it is moving. I'm glad I went for it rather than a typical American or Japanese car. I see all the looks my new Bentley gets and feel I'm lucky to be filthy rich enough to afford this car at such a young age.

I own a 2015 Bentley Convertible. It is the best driving car I have ever had and will now always drive a bentley. It's technology is a joke, but the drive is above all. Mine is the 12 cylinder with the mullinar package. I have 22,000 mile on it and can't replace it with anything better, so I will keep it at least another year. It gets 11 mpg, so it is not an economy car. I am retired and this is my go to car ... my daily driver.

I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
