With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. We worked most of the deal out over the phone and had minimal to do when we arrived to test the vehicle and sign paperwork. I read a lot of reviews mentioning Fred and I full heartedly stand behind everyone who has said he was amazing to work with. He helped make this a seamless and enjoyable process. Purchased my first brand-new vehicle in 10 years here in late January because the ones I had were junk. I am a former auto salesman and have owned quite a few cars over the years, so I went in expecting the late winter sales pitch. I was also expecting to be shoehorned into a vehicle I know I wouldn't be happy with and a price I would regret paying. I had my target vehicles - both realistic and extremely hopeful. I met the salesman - Carlos - out in the lot and while looking around, I explained what I wanted - and what I didn't want. I was shown several options and took a few test drives before settling on the one that had the most features I desired. Now it was down to price. Suffice it to say, I didn't pay close to MSRP - no lie - and it was all using their dealer discounts and FCA incentives. In the end, I purchased my uniquely colored 2020 Cherokee 4X4 and am extremely satisfied with its looks, ride, options and capabilities. Only regret is getting the base engine. Yes, it was the least expensive of the engine options and it gets reasonable gas mileage for a 4wd rig, but it doesn't feel right to me.

I didn't realize she would get the vehicle in i wanted... called me back to see if i was still interested.... blew my mind. The GM, Issa has always taken care of me, he was very honest with what he could and couldn't do. But he got me in another vehicle.... he's the best GM!
