It is particularly noteworthy that the Service Manager, Carlos is recognized for creating a comfortable environment for customers, making them feel valued and at ease during their visit. Carlos provided a personal and human touch of kindness that goes a long way. He exhibits the natural ability to understand and feel what his customers are experiencing, and are able to meet their needs effectively….making what was a stressful process seamless and pleasant.

Great Dealership and experience except the last piece in the handoff. Salesman Alex was great in that he was knowledgeable and responsive. His boss Lenny was also excellent in negitating the final price. The one lacking was the handoff of the car with the BMW Genius, John. He was a great person but unfortunately it was his first day on the job. He was very technically solid but he was doing many things for the first time. I have had to resort to YouTube and research to teach myself how to use this new Hybrid X5. First impressions and last impressions are what is important and unfortunately my last impression was not very good.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

I made an appointment to bring my car in to BMW of Sterling. The work was done quickly my advisor gave me a pre-estimate and his recommendations for what I needed for my vehicle. All work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I love the video that the technician provided me while the work was being done on my video and I also liked all the graphics that showed exactly what condition my car was in before the work was done.I will definitely bring my car back to BMW of Sterling for any future work.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.
