I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Mr. Kasmer was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about their cars. I drove 3.75 hours to buy my BMW because it was a good deal and it was IMMACULATE. The pictures were perfect and the car lived up to their description. Overall a great experience.
