I was looking for the perfect price and perfect car and this was it. It has most of what I want and I am happy overall
I stopped by this dealership on my lunch break and I needed to get an oil change and inspection and I had a couple of questions about a few things that were showing up on my vehicle I was able to get in and get out within a timely manner everyone was so kind Arthur and the other service man handled everything they gave me additional information they followed up with quotes this was the perfect visit with it being so hard to find trustworthy people out there nowadays I am elated and will be a customer for as long as they'll have me best place to be!

This car is good all around. Nice interior very comfortable. I love the look of the car. I would recommend this car to anybody. The car drives well and I don't have any problems. I just found my car about a month ago, and it has been nice to even be driven around in. Except if you are in the back with a window down it can see strenuous on your ears. Other than that the car has been nice and luxurious. And good on gas!
My review is a little late, as the vehicle was purchased last month, December, 2015. After some initial texting, emails and missed phone calls, we were finally able to meet with Samuel to select a vehicle. I had previously informed him of my financial situation and the type of vehicle I was interested in. We finally made a decision on a used Volkswagen Jetta that I liked. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Kenneth Jones and Ron Jackson as well. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever!!! I would recommend David McDavid of Frisco to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Passport both were BMWs of course. I loved my first one but had a problem with the turbos after a trip across country took to BMW to fix and they did not do me right. So I went to sell my car online and just happen to stop into Passport and told him of my dismay with the BMW turbo and that I was selling the car. He wanted to know if he could show me another BMW I was reluctant at first, but allowed him to do so the car was new with less than 5,000 miles 2015 color scheme was great. I had the car checked at not one but 2 dealerships. Passport bought back there car and finance the new one. I am very happy with the new car and it has been I year since that sell.

Great car. Feel very safe in it. Beautiful and comfortable.
The noise level is great.... you cannot hear the outside noise. The A/c is very good you can’t even hear it is on but nevertheless it works perfect. The only thing I do not like is the drivers seat is very low and it does not go up enough for me.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. A stylish reliable work car with great fuel economy, and that would be good in the winter time. Obviously not as luxurious as higher model BMWs or Audis, but for what you pay, it's a great car.
I'm an old(er) guy, and frankly it takes a lot to get me excited. On Tuesday December 13, 2016 I visited Dallas Autos Direct, after seeing a 2007 C230 Mercedes that I wanted to look at. The price was more than reasonable; the car looked great. I had the pleasure of being connected with a young man named "Lou", who answered my initial call. I said I'd be there in a couple hours, and described the car I was interested in. He indicated he'd go look at it, and let me know if he saw anything that concerned him. I thought to myself "sure you will". But, sure enough, he did! He called me within 30 minutes, and told me there was a noise coming from the alternator, but that he'd fix it. I met Lou an hour later, and was greatly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure, and he answered (completely) all the questions I had. One of those questions was "why would I not purchase this car?" His response was that the maintenance was more expensive than on a Toyota or Nissan or other popular cars, and that an oil change was very expensive. I thought to myself "is he trying to talk me out of the sale?" He was being as straight forward as possible, which I was to pleasantly discover is the way he rolls. Very straight forward, and very up front about everything. I loved the car, and wanted it, but I listened to all that Lou had to say. I live my life trusting what people tell me, and I knew I could trust Lou. He even pointed out a couple flaws in the car that I hadn't seen - a badly removed decal on the rear bumper that was from the original dealer (it's a one-owner car), and a couple rock chips in the paint. The bottom line is that the alternator was replaced, the badly removed decal was buffed out, and the rock chips were hand painted by Lou on the day of delivery. I truly enjoyed dealing with Lou; I bought the car with absolutely zero hesitation. The drive home was exhilarating! I not only greatly enjoyed my purchase, but I've found an automobile salesman I can trust. I left the dealership by telling Lou that I'd definitely see him again. I definitely suggest that you ask for Lou when you call these people; he will certainly be of service.

This car met all my expectations as far as driving and performance. The wheel steering of this 2017 model has never been as light as any of the other Beamer I have driven since 2006
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
I bought this car for my wife. It is our first bmw and just driving it home I noticed the bmw effect. Steering is predictable and responsive the car corners like it’s on rails very comfortable, smooth ride. Passing a vehicle at hwy speeds is pretty impressive considering it is a twin scroll turbo 2.0L. Navigation is a nice easy to use layout, and it has street view so you can look 360 degrees around the place you are looking for. The Center console button for everything takes a lot of getting used to. Tail lights are nice and really bright, and the light brake application and outside lights lighting up, and hard braking and all brake lights lighting up is pretty cool. Defiantly buying another bmw after this one.
Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!

Great job! Farhan mirza was very helpful and we enjoyed the whole experience. We came all the way from Boise Idaho to buy a car here, and would do the same again.
This is a great place to buy a car I came in and this guy name manager Farhan mirza! This guy was great. He helped me with the paper work and made sure the process went smoothly and made sure I was taken care of to the end until I walked away with my keys in my hands. I still text him to bother him on some questions and he always gets back to me. I'm soon taking my daughter to get her car.
Very big choice of cars. No pressure sales. Prices cheaper than the other dealers. The salesman was very knowledgeable. 5/5. Finance sorted with ease and pick up with no delay. Highly recommended!!

Had a few calls back and forth with my salesperson Michele Conine, sent a few emails and the car I was actually looking for had been sold earlier that day which was disappointing to me but Michele search their inventory and found what I believed to be a better car. The things you really should know before reaching out to Michele and her team: 1) Know what car you???re interested in and exactly which features you???d want 2) Know what you're willing to pay for this. (And do some research beforehand to find out what others paid.) TrueCare.com works. Car buying is hard enough: 1) The car you want may "not be in stock" and you have to pick a different car (with a higher price.) ??? Have your financing pre-approved early so there???s no real haggling to be done. Michele and her team worked with me to secure the best financing options available. Better than my credit union of 13 years. 2) I didn???t experience any hidden fees everything was in black and white no fine print issues that I recall.. 5) Convenience. The only time I spent at the dealership was test driving to decide which car I wanted. I was out in roughly two hours it could have been less I cleared my day to be there. Salesperson: 1) Michele is like that energizer bunny that never quits she made me feel at home and comfortable right off the blocks. I found a car I fell in love with online. I was contacted immediately for a test drive. I went and test drove it and fell in love with it even more. The best part of the experience was a non pushy salesman, Ali Hussain, that went over and beyond. He was very straight forward and got exactly what we asked for plus some!
