Elena greeted me promptly upon arrival at my service appointment. She kept me posted periodically concerning the progress of the service of my vehicle. The facilities were clean, well organized and the staff were very courteous and professional.
I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! I can???t say enough about this dealership. My salesman, Alan Eden was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional. He did everything he could do to make this a great, smooth transaction. Even though we have so far to travel to get there, I would highly recommend this dealership. I really love my car! I was not looking forward to buying a car because it is always a tedious process. But to my surprise this experience was the complete opposite. The staff was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and was very helpful with the process.
A good service team is worth its weight in gold, and Ray Johns is the best I have ever encountered. EVER. I could describe how knowledgeable he is and how he makes sure that every detail about my car is right, but what I really need to say is Ray Johns is a reason to buy an Audi from this dealership and come back again. Doesn't matter whether you're a man or woman, in a suit or a sweatshirt, he makes me feel like my questions about the car matter -- and gets them all answered, recognizes that I'm squeezing in service between work and kids and shows me useful features about the car that I didn't know were there (and my Q5 is two years old!).
Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
