Became disappointed when I learned the vehicles sold here are often sold with branded titles. The dealership was up front with this information but nevertheless I would never purchase a reclaimed, branded title vehicle.

Went in for scheduled service, brakes were indicated to replace by on car monitoring systems. Melissa kindly told me that the key reader in dealership didn’t bring up the brakes, but she would check. After all said and done, no brakes were done, just brake fluid...and another service light saying to bring my car in for brakes in 2000 miles. So I have to burn another day off, time, money, etc, because Melissa and BMW Henderson wouldn’t replace brake pads. By the way, these are all services covered under my maintenance contract, so it appears that they are not only gaming me, but using the system to their benefit, instead of mine...I’m pretty sure that’s the epitome of poor customer service. I gave the effort 3 stars...
Our sales person was very helpful and pretty much answered the questions we had about the 2017 Buick that we did purchased from you. The only thing we didn't like ,is this car does not come with a spare tire and the other problem was the Buick did not have a owner manual , witch eventually was taken care of buy our sales persons boss who did get us a new manual,but not until we threatened to cancel the sale .
Wanted to have a utilitarian vehicle. The 2015 Impala was an excellent car but I need a vehicle to take my daughter on adventures and then become dad again when needed. Chip, the manager and finance associate were great. They worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to all.
The Sales Staff treated me with respect. They didn't rush me into making a decision. They searched to get me the best deal possible and I sincerely believe I got a very good deal. They explained everything carefully and clearly, and were very patient with my many questions.
