I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Back at Otto???s, terms and the paperwork, orientation to the car and we were off. Heath Cameron and Otto???s provided the best car buying experience ever and I???ve bought quite a number of cars over the years, I highly recommend them!
Very hard to imagine a better experience, Justice Mogano is a top notch professional. We special ordered our 440i to get exactly what we wanted. Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car.
Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
I called at 7:30 Am and told advisor that I wanted our car to go to their service bypassing a closer one as I trusted them more. They were prompt, gave great service and were more on point than I think another one might have been

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
Just left BMW of the Main Line for yet another Seamless Service Visit! I Applaud them for the Insite in hiring Top Notch service minded Staff. My Service Agent, Bill Sampson is the reason I am and will always be a loyal BMW of the Main Line Customer! This guy not only "Gets It" he makes each and every client his Priority! I'm in a Successful Service Business and I can honestly say I learn a lot from watching this guy! Kid Glove Customer Service!! And the Car Wash at the End of each Service, Brilliant!!

I could not have been more happier with my experience at this dealership. I found a pre-owned BMW 328i with low miles and a clean carfax report. It was a simple buying experience. I did most of the process before I even went to the dealership. This was my first time at this dealership and it was beautiful. Multi level with elevators so I didn't even have to walk up the steps. This was a huge benefit with my bad back and knees. Lastly, the general manager, Joe Serock even came out and said hello. All in all, great experience and I'd recommend this store to anyone I know. I have never had better care then I received at BMW Main Line. I have had three very stressful situations with my car and every time they put me at ease and took care of the problem. They even offered to drive me to my house in Delaware to pick up my car or to drop me off. They go above and beyond service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
Best car buying experience ever. No pressure whatsoever. Herb, our sales guy, was awesome. He knew the car inside and out. He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. Can speak highly enough of our experience and would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys.
Most of my dealings was with Rob Rose over the phone.I bought cars out of state before but i never did this much communicating with a sales rep.He made the experience worthwhile.Everthing i needed such as having the car looked at by my mechanic and using my credit card to place a down payment and answering my questions about the car was all done without hesitation.They even provide a lift so my car could be inspected.This was a big plus for them,because prior to buying here i found a car that had less mileage but that dealer didn't want my mechanic looking at the car so they lost a sale.Overall so far i had a pleasant experience dealing with Turnersville BMW.There are some unfinished business with my tags and paperwork for my bank that have to go through the dealership,if that part ends with no problems then overall the experience was a success.Thanks to Rob and everyone that helped.And i may call to ask question.
Recently had my 10yr old BMW serviced there and also leased a new one. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Everyone I dealt with - from the service writers, technicians, service manager, internet sales manager, and client advisor - was awesome! Issue with my older BMW fixed under warranty, and a phenomenal sales experience on the new one. (Particularly Krissy Cone - Internet Manager, and Glenn Falvey - Sales/Client Advisor). Was given a great quote, and treated with a no stress / no pressure attitude the whole time. Highly recommend BMW of Turnersville.
Absolute best car buying experience. Christian, Kevin & Scott went to amazingly great lengths to locate, deliver and work out a perfect 10 of a deal on my new 2017 m4. The car is a dream and the experience was perfect.
I found Robert to be very knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and easy to talk with about concerns. He wasn't pushy at all! He made the act of buying a smooth and quick process. I have to say he made our first-time experience an exceptional one!!!!
P.S. We just purchased 5 days ago, so I can not rate the quality of repairs; however, I can't imagine it not being exceptional and honest too!
