I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

I traveled from MI to PA to pick up what I thought was a good deal on a pre-owned 4-series. I saw it on Cars.com and was willing to give the vehicle and dealership a chance after multiple conversations with the sales staff. Once I got there, I was expecting some paperwork, maybe a "thanks," and a wave bubbye. Not so. I was greeted warmly, offered a drink, and was shown my new to me purchase. It was detailed and had a full tank. The paperwork took minutes, and the staff answered every question I had. After the sale, I had multiple questions and those were answered promptly and accurately. I wish they were closer. Next BMW purchase will be from them, even though I'm 600 miles away. Thanks again!

I love my new BMW 330i Xdrive. This is our 5th BMW in the family, and we love them. As long as you select one that was well taken care of, it will treat you well too. Very stylish, and I LOVE the new dash assembly that they updated. This car had great tech, and is also fun to drive. Hard to believe there is a 4-cylinder under the hood. Good power for a small 4-cylinder, as the twin turbos do a pretty good job making it fun to drive. Highly recommend the new body style, the awesome looking front end, and the amenities inside are a fantastic upgrade.

Everyone at this location is very profession and respectful. They have recently renovated their facilities for the better. They don't try to up sell you on unnecessary options. They are fast and thorough. I would look to buy my next vehicle here, because they have earned my trust through their excellent service.

This is a tough market and I shopped many places. I had an all around great experience at Otto's BMW! The staff! In particular, Henry Silbernagel was outstanding. The manager, Micah, was helpful, supportive and actively showed how much he cared about my wife and me. He put our concerns ahead of the dealership and Volvo and ultimately 'closed the sale' by blending the two. Lastly, Mark Visconti picked up where Henry left off and made the transition seamless. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and giving of his time to make sure he addressed all our concerns and explained everything thoroughly.

We live in Virginia and dealt with a couple other Volvo dealerships in Virginia and Maryland that lied about their inventory. They showed on their website that they had several of the car we were looking for and after calling the dealerships to follow up, they informed us that they do not actually have those cars for sale on the lot. Either they were pre-ordered for another customer or just weren’t there. Neither of the the Volvo dealerships were close to our home so if we had driven all the way there and the cars weren’t there, we would have been very upset! After further research, we found the exact car (XC40 R) in Delaware. After speaking to a salesman there (Mark Visconti) we headed to Delaware the next morning! We were not disappointed at all! The knowledge, friendliness and overall experience was a great one. We left with our new Volvo a couple hours later and are loving it!
